Story
I picked these two up from the Humane Society when they were kittens back in May of 2016. They grew up around my roommates two large dogs for a few months. My current girlfriend has a dachshund and they have met on a few times but are unsure about him. She is not very vocal unlike her sister. They both have been on a raw food diet since the start. She has also been declawed in the front.

Story
Fabio gets along well with most other cats but he tends to like to spend his spare time with humans. He is incredibly inquisitive and is mesmerized by a dripping water faucet! He loves to be petted and when you stop, he will ask for your hand back to continue. He does get bullied by one of our other cats and has tend to spend some time darting this other cat. We have caged Fabio to shield him from this bully cat, but he prefers to stand his own ground and hang out in the common area with the other cats. Fabio is the first cats waiting for his breakfast, he does prefer his own bowl and will give you the look to make one for him. When filling the sink with water, he will take the opportunity to walk under a volunteers arms to make you pet him whether you were ready or not. He can be feisty at times but that is a cat for you.

Story
My name is Jack and I was brought to the shelter with my brothers. I am the only one of the brothers left at the shelter. Since I have been here for a bit, I have become a little bit of a bully to the newer cats. I am affectionate and love to be petted to the volunteers. I love to hang out in the catio or on top of the cages where I can watch all the action of the other cats. Although I live with a other cats, I might do best being the King of your world and only cat. I can jump super high and I am quick!

Story
Mia introduced herself to our local middle school by hanging around the band building. She was brought to the shelter and has become a shelter favorite. Mia has a beautiful coat and loves to jump out of her cage to hang out. She doesn't seem to care much for the other cats who come near her to say hi, she hisses at them. She is fairly independent and would do best in a home without little children.

Story
Beautiful little Moki Rose has quite a story to tell. She was found in a tree close to Lifelong Friends Pet Adoptions in Lago Vista, Texas. When she was finally coaxed down, the shelter employee found that she had a serious injury to her jaw. The generous community pitched in and raised the funds to finance the surgery needed to repair the jaw . She was placed in a caring foster home for 5 months to recuperate and is now available for adoption. Moki is extremely energetic and playful. It's like she is making up for lost "kitten" time! Her estimated birthdate is July, 2020.

Story
Ringo is a sweet, quirky boy. He hangs around the shelter sink, just waiting for that elusive "drip" to begin. And then he is mesmerized. While he does get along with most cats, Ringo might do best in a home in which he is the only pet. He demands human attention and even gets a bit jealous when he isn't getting ALL the attention. He loves to cuddle and have his head rubbed. He would probably do better in a quiet home with no young children.

Story
Theodore is a handsome and sweet boy who was born around April 2012. Theo likes to curl up on a comfy pillow to watch the birds and squirrels and fall asleep in the sun with one of his cat friends. Theodore has found comfort with sleeping with his buddies in the same bed, it is really cute. While loving and affectionate, he is quite timid so may do best in a quiet home. It may take some time for Theo to adjust to a new home so a patient, experienced adopter would be the best fit.

Story
Dobby showed up at an office I used to work at when she was a kitten. She is a little skittish with new people, but she is very sweet as she becomes comfortable. She is very playful and full of energy. I’ve recently had a baby and unfortunately just don’t have the time to give her the attention she needs anymore. She would do best in a quiet home with no dogs, (or dogs that don’t chase cats).

Story
Lolita is approximately 3.5 years old and comes with a sister who we would love (but not require) to keep together. They are a bonded pair and were rescued together. Lolita is shy at first but very sweet and absolutely loves to cuddle. She loves to be up high and climbing, getting up into spots we didn’t think possible! She is also very smart, as we have learned she can open cabinets (to hide in). She loves to make biscuits on you or a soft blanket. Lolita is a very laid back gal, but enjoy toys that make noise and to chase. Her spunky side shows when she’s excited, which will be anytime you walk in the room. She does very well with her sister but otherwise she would be best as the only pet in the house. She is not aggressive but reactive to other cats and gets very anxious. Our older resident cats unfortunately are aggressive towards Lolita and her sister.
