Story
Laika is a 6.5 years old Lab and a Terrier mix weighing about 38 lbs. We adopted her more than 4 years ago from NorthEast Animal Shelter. She is a medium energy dog and very goofy! She loves squeaky toys and destroys them in minutes. She loves humans and greets everyone and asks for pets, she is however reactive to other dogs and has to be the only pet at home. We give her Farmer's dog fresh food everyday and would be ideal if she can get the same in her new home. She does get on the living room furniture and sleeps on her blankets. In the nights she sleeps in her crate. She doesn't like her nails trimmed or being given injections so we have to give her medication before we take her to vet. She is in general very lovely dog, loves to sleep next to you and will follow you everywhere. We realized our baby has dog allergies and are forced to re-home her.

Cookie Henson is currently in RI and looking for a 'furever' home! 7 month old feist mix Cookie has a heart as soft as his name suggests. He has yet to meet a person he doesn’t want to snuggle with! This little sweetheart lives for cuddles and will happily curl up on your lap for a cozy nap. Buckaroo is a neutered male mountain Feist/Smooth Fox Terrier mix, born about May, 2024. He is loving, bright and adores attention. Fox Terriers are smart and trainable and require some daily exercise to live their best lives. Buckaroo weighs about 14 lbs, is neutered, and is healthy. He’s from a former breeder who passed away, but while they look like purebred Smooth Fox Terriers, we don’t have any paperwork and so they could be a mixed breed. Buckaroo will make a loving and lovable companion who also happens to be adorable.  $75 This covers the cost of spay/neuter, DHPP, Rabies, Flea, tick, heart worm check, worm treatment, and microchip. Meet Bell! She is a 1 year young Chihuahua mix that was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. She was apart of a hoarding case with about 30 other dogs. She is timid at first but will warm up over time. Giving her time to decompress, she’ll enjoy gentle pets and treats. She’s a quiet girl, so she enjoys lounging around. She gets along well with other dogs and is still in the process of learning the rules of the house. The will need some leash work and potty training.
