Story
There is just something about those soulful eyes that look right into your heart. They say dogs speak with their eyes, and Marmalade is telling a story of unconditional love. She has not been a hound well cared for in the past, but man does she look at you like you are the best thing in this world. She is happy, playful, affectionate, and sure to make your days brighter. Marmalade likes to push her head into yours for some love and does these little mumbles as if she’s letting you know she cares. And when she’s feeling extra affectionate, she will lay on top of you like a weighted blanket. At the end of a long day, she finds a quiet place to curl up in for the night. She does great with other dogs and would love a fenced in yard. In short, she’s a sweet and goofy girl that will have you wrapped around her paw. Marmalade is currently going through heartworm treatment. Once complete, she has a leg injury that will be addressed. She is available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application.  We do allow out of state adoptions and any transport costs are at the expense of the adopter.  If you have further questions about this dog, please email us at ccradopt@gmail.com and someone will be in touch as soon as possible. Sewee has an amazing personality and temperament, but thrives as the only dog in the household, and a house with no toddlers. It breaks our heart, but Sewee has been struggling with the anxiety of a newborn and toddler children in the house. Our family has 4 dogs including Sewee so it’s difficult to make this decision, but it is the right one for him.We love Sewee and are happyto provide dog bed, harness, etc.Our #1 Priority is Sewee going to the right home that he deserves

Story
Gerald is a gentle, lanky boy who starts out a little timid, but once he knows you’re safe, he becomes your best friend. He was found by his foster family after it looked like he was dumped on their property. After trying to find who he belonged to with no luck, it was apparent someone else’s so called trash, is now a treasure! He will put his head in your hand and look at you with pure adoration. Like he truly is thankful to not be lost anymore. He loves playing with other dogs once he’s comfortable and enjoys relaxing on his bed for little naps throughout the day. He is also great with children and will make sure to follow them everywhere. He’s a big fan of walks and sniffing all the fun scents in the air. Gerald is a soft, loving boy that deserves the very best home.  Gerald has completed his heartworm treatment and is doing great! Story
Willa Belle is the type of girl that never meets a stranger! When she’s out and about on the town, she wants to be sure every person and every dog knows that she’s their new best friend. Once you get home, she’s ready to snuggle on the couch and binge watch Dexter with you. At around three years old, she’s the perfect mix of energetic enough to keep up, but grown up enough to know when to chill. She is doing very well with house training and settles quickly in a crate. Willa would love a home with another dog or two and maybe her own comfy dog bed (although she's happy to share!) **This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment.
