Story
Ahsoka is a dorky, high energy and super loving 2 year old. She needs someone with enough time to dedicate to training and exercise. She doesn’t really like to be left alone too much or in small spaces like kennels and crates. She would be an awesome addition to any family with older kids.

Story
Heyy. It hurts to post this but I have my boy Koda up for adoption. I have to give him up due to work, I have to work more and won’t have time or be home most the time for him. He should go to the right home who will take great care of him and give him the love he deserves. He is a 2 year old German shepherd who needs someone or a good family to go to. I prefer him to be the only dog in the house as he isn’t too friendly with other animals but again you can try to introduce him to your furry friend. He needs a lot of training but he is potty trained to go outside and is crate trained. He loves cuddles and loves to put his head on your chest when laying down on the couch. Things that will come with him: His crate w/ blanket and toys that he chews Dog bowl Food His records No rehoming fee just ask he goes to a great home!

Story
Lala was rescued at 10 months, she loves to fetch for the ball! She loves chewing on her dog bones and squeaky toys. She loves to howl! She’s an amazing cuddler and hugger. She’s a very cheerful dog and does very well with people. Is very guarded with certain dogs that bark and growl at her. She will need to be only dog in household. Cannot live with other dogs, especially small dogs. Lala has a great smile and will make you smile. She was there for me in difficult times and will always be in my heart. Due to unfortunate reasons I have to give Lala up for adoption. Please let me know if interested and would like to meet with her.

Story
Named after the Spanish word for ‘beach’, Playa is a playful and sweet 1.5 year old German Shepherd mix who joined the Woof Gang after being surrendered by her previous owners after they realized they were unable to provide the adventurous life that she needs. She has completed a board and train previously with another local trainer in the San Diego area, but was having a hard time with a lack of structure and boundaries that she could understand at her previous home. Her training is top-notch, there isn’t anything this pup can’t do! She is reliable off-leash in the busiest of environments, sharp and precise in doing obedience as well as tricks, and could easily excel in any number of dog sports. Playa is a sweet pup, who will greet you with kisses and lean on you for scratches once she is comfortable with you… she loves to take nice, long walks or adventures with her handlers. She is currently being tested with other large breed dogs, and shows a fair amount of neutrality. She may be well-matched with a family who has an older dog to show her the ropes of fitting in, and an active family committed to upholding the immense amount of training that is being put into her by our trainers. Playa is available now, fostered out of San Diego, CA and would love to meet you! Please view Playa's available dog page on our website to learn more about our programs and apply to adopt her via the following links below: PLAYA: https://woofgangrehab.org/available_dog/playa/ APPLY: https://woofgangrehab.org/rescue/adoption-application/

Story
I am a gentle giant and also a big scaredy cat!  I was humanely trapped after months or years (no one knows) surviving on my own sneaking into a wilderness camp finding scraps and running from people.  Once caught I was placed in multiple homes (by the shelter), lost by all of them and then returned.  No one understood my need to feel safe first and fear of people of any kind.  My last placement led me here when no one could catch me.  After my third capture I  got what I learned TO LOVE.  I now welcome treats, affection, human interaction and love my dog friends.   I thrive with an outgoing dog.  When I attend events or pack walks I immediately make my fur friends my pack and need them close.  I transiftion well from one dog friend to another but will need a Solid FOREVER Soulmate owner.  It's taken me a long time to gain trust, find my love for people and affection so this change for me needs to be once.  When I know you're safe you are MY solid and I will spend all my time wanting to be with you. I LOVE walking on a leash.  Despite my enormitiy I am a mouse on the line (unless something scares me).  I am ready to retire and become someone's forever.  It's important that my new home be prepared to be patient, let me get to know them, love me until I do and keep me safe with no new changes.  It's a big ask but certainly someone out there has a dog needing a friend and a permanent plan that does not involve moves or a need to change once I move in.  Some things to know about me-noise sensitive (loud noises, squeak toys)-has no idea how large he is and wants to curl in your lap-doesn’t like his feet touched and will avoid it at all cost-loves to share his toys and crate space with his friends-watches other dogs in his run to see how brave he needs to be with new people-food motivated-not overly destructive with his toys (or if he is, he blames it on the other dogs )-walks really well on leash-Prefers to be a “homebody”.   Flight Risk: do not leave unattended in a yard, crate training is a must when you are gone, tight grip on the leash is a must on adventures.
