Kai is a six year old beautiful purebred German Shepherd looking for a loving forever home. She is a loyal, intelligent girl with a gentle heart and a sweet disposition and once she warms up, she’ll be your steadfast companion. Kai enjoys a balance of cozy indoor relaxation, pleasant walks, and energetic playtime in the backyard. She is house trained and knows basic commands such as sit, lie down, go home, etc. Kai had parvo as a puppy, and while she has recovered, she does have a few ongoing health needs. She has allergies that require a daily dose of Apoquel, and she manages an autoimmune condition with a steroid every three days. She takes her medications well and continues to live a happy, active life. She will thrive with someone who can keep her on a consistent care routine.

He’s active, curious, and happiest when he’s exploring the world, playing fetch, tugging on toys, or zooming around the yard. He also enjoys winding down with some quiet time—he’s the best of both worlds! His previous family said he does okay in a crate and does well with a routine, but he doesn’t love being left alone for long stretches—he’s a social pup who thrives with companionship and engagement.Here at the shelter, Max has continued to show us just how friendly, fun, and loving he truly is.
