Story
Foxo is roughly 2 yrs old, was taken into a Dallas, Texas shelter, and for two months he didn’t find a home. Hours away from euthanasia, a foster was able to get him, house and take care of him for a week before he made his 3 day trip to Maine to me. He is 60lbs, but needs to gain weight. Up to date on shots, and in great health. He got along with other dogs at the shelter, and at his foster. He does not get along with my current dog, and he does not like cats. He would be best in an adult home, as he has not been around children yet. He may be hyper vigilant to males. And preferably a pet free home, unless he gets along with your dog during a meeting. He is very protective and will guard you and love you to death. He is so sweet, loving, and will follow you wherever you go. He just wants someone to devotedly love! He will need leash training, and work to prevent jumping when excited, and nibbling of arms and hands (he does not bite, but will try to get your hand in his mouth.)

Story
Bambino — Ready to Find His People! Some puppies are meant to be your sidekick, your adventure buddy, your passenger in the car and your best friend—and Bambino is definitely one of those puppies! At just 5 months old and 38 pounds, Bambino is an adorable 80% German Shepherd/20% Husky mix who may grow to around 50 pounds when he is finished growing. He’s got the beautiful Shepherd look, those amazing ears, and a fun-loving personality packed into a manageable size. Bambino was adopted by a single gentleman who quickly realized that his busy work schedule and apartment lifestyle weren't the right fit for a young, active puppy. He made the responsible decision to ask Critter Cavalry Rescue to help find Bambino a home where he can truly have the life he deserves. And we think Bambino is going to make someone an incredible companion. He is a happy, confident puppy who approaches life with a “let's go!” attitude. He loves to play, enjoys a good case of the zoomies when he has room to run, and is happy to head out for a walk with his person on the other end of the leash. He is wonderful with other dogs and cats, loves meeting new people, and greets the world with a wagging tail and that adorable puppy smile. He also LOVES riding in the car, so if your idea of a good day includes grabbing your BFF and heading out for an adventure, Bambino is ready to ride shotgun! ❤️ A fenced yard and an active family would be ideal for him, along with people who have plenty of time to spend with their young dog. Bambino would happily join you for hiking, trails, outdoor adventures, morning jogs, errands or just whatever the day brings. He doesn't need to be entertained every second—he simply wants to be included. Most of all, Bambino needs a family who understands that bringing home a puppy is a commitment and who is ready to make him their forever boy. He has so much potential to grow into that wonderful dog who goes everywhere with you and becomes an important part of your family. We just need to find the people who are ready to make that commitment to him. Could Bambino be your next adventure buddy and lifelong BFF? To learn more or request an adoption application, email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com. We would love to tell you more about this special boy and help you see if Bambino might be the perfect fit for your family. Please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you are wanting to adopt or more information.  Thank you!!!       PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comAugust 17, 2026, 10:00 pm

Meet Loki, Loki is an absolute lovebug that will be devoted to his new family. He is looking for someone to help build his confidence in new situations. Loki`s ideal home will have an adult who works from home or is able to take Loki to work, or who is retired and home all the time. IDGSR Welcomes HANALEI into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE AND AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hiya Friends! My name is Hanalei and I'm a gorgeous 9-month old female German Shepherd. I am located in Memphis TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts Age: 9-months old Kids: would do fine with older kids (8+) Dogs: good with large dogs Cats: NO cats Training: needs full obedience training 1. I am a very special girl. I have a unique medical condition called Mega-E (check out the links below to learn about it). It basically means that my esophagus doesn't work like it should so I have to eat special food and sit like a hooman to help it get to my tummy. 2. I do require more supervision and monitoring than other pups so having a stay-at-home parent would be best for me! This will also give us all the time in the world to bond! 3. I am happy-go-lucky, friendly, playful, curious, and your typical German Shepherd puppy. I love to talk, play with toys, chew on bones, and be your constant shadow. I'm dog friendly and would love a nice pup to play with. 4. I am house & kennel trained, I walk well on a leash, and I'm working on some obedience commands in my foster home. Will you paw-promise to train me to be the bestest girl around? 5. My perfect lifestyle is being a Princess. I'm talking high quality special food, special treats, couch cuddles, lots of pets, not too much walking or outdoor time, basically the full princess-package. 6. If you have experience with Mega-E, or are willing to learn, and are looking for a loving, resilient, friendly, playful, loyal, and gorgeous new companion - I may be the perfect fit for you!
