Hiya Friends! My name is Charlie and I'm a handsome 9-month old male German Shepherd mix. I am located in Greeneville TN and will be available for transport.

1. In my short 9-months of life, I was abused at the hands of a so called 'owner'. I was living in a trailer, getting no attention, being treated horribly until IDGSR saved me.
2. I am a little behind mentally & socially but rightfully so considering my rough start to life. Don't let this deter you, I am smart & gaining confidence every day!
3. I'm doing great with house & crate training but please be patient with me in case I have an accident or two.
4. If you'll be gentle, kind, and loving I will be your most loyal companion. I dream of going on walks, getting pup-cups, running in a safe yard, and having a family of my own.
5. I do need full obedience training to make sure I'm the bestest boy around. Will you paw-promise to train me? Pro tip: use hotdogs or cheese & I'll do anything!
6. If you are looking for a handsome, resilient, athletic, playful, curious, and overall amazing new pup - I'm your guy!

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
