Prepare to fall in love with Sunshine, the sweet and affectionate girl who gets along with everyone she meets. With her easy-going nature, Sunshine is a breeze to have around. She's housebroken, crate trained, and walks beautifully on a leash—truly a gem among our fosters! Sunshine's Journey: This brave mama was found in North Houston with her nine tiny pups. Despite facing harrowing stormy nights, she never strayed from their side, even moving them under pieces of collapsed fencing to keep them safe.
Despite her past hardships, which included being kicked and pushed around, Sunshine's loving and gentle spirit remains unbroken. She has permanent damage to one eye, but can see out of it. According to our vet the eye does not need to be removed.
She adores other dogs and is eager to be part of their circle of trust. With Sunshine, you'll always know how much she cares. Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.
