Story
Koda German Shepherd Neutered Male 4 years old 80~100lbs Need to re-home due to separation. I took him with me because I have the bigger apartment but because of his size, I struggle having control of him. He’s a good dog but he comes off aggressive on his leash during walks which is becoming a struggle to deal with. I would feel better if he went to someone more experienced with Shepherds and has a big yard he can run around in.

Story
1-Year-Old German Shepherd – Seeking Experienced, Active Home I’m looking for a responsible, experienced home for my 1-year-old German Shepherd. He is a smart, energetic young dog who does best with structure, consistency, and regular exercise. About him: • Great with other dogs • No bite history • Very intelligent and eager to learn • Typical German Shepherd energy and drive • Safe and well-contained He would thrive with someone familiar with working breeds who has the time and space to continue his training and provide mental stimulation. Due to changes in my living situation, I’m no longer able to give him what he needs long-term. This decision was not made lightly, and my priority is finding him a stable, committed home where he can succeed. A rehoming fee will apply to ensure a responsible placement. Please reach out with information about your experience, home setup, and lifestyle.

Story
We adopted Callie from the Yakima Shelter Sept 2025. Our previous dog passed away in Oct 2024 and left a big hole in our lives. We were told that Callie was 2 yr old, but she was about 6 mos and she has the energy of a young dog and more that we can handle at our age. She is super sweet and having to rehome her breaks our hearts, but know she’d be better off in a more active home. We have two cats that she gets along with, she loves people and plays well with other dogs. She likes lots of attention which we aren’t able to give her. Her fur is very soft. It’s the first things people say about her. She takes treats gently, no biting. She had three weeks of boot camp training at Lead Me On in Yelm and knows basic commands. She has never had an accident in the house, knows how to ask to go out. Walks well on a leash, and tolerates baths. We will include her beds, toys, food and dishes, plus adoption and vet records. Our only hope is she will get her forever home this time.

Story
This 2-year-old, 70-lb shepherd mix is exactly as her name suggests: a little transparent at first, but once you spot her, you’re absolutely enchanted. Ghost Shrimp starts off shy (she’s been through a lot of changes), but give her a minute and she materializes into a total sweetheart. She knows how to sit, walks nicely on leash, and will happily roll right over for belly rubs like it’s her full-time job. Slow, steady, and kind is the key to her heart—and she’s so worth it.Once she warms up, Ghost Shrimp is all gentle vibes and soft eyes. She loves treats and takes them politely, appreciates a calm approach, and will reward you with trust, wiggles, and maximum belly-up energy. She’s quirky, tender, and quietly magical—just like the name implies. If you’re looking for a sweet soul who blossoms with patience and love, Ghost Shrimp might just float right into your life and stay forever. The dog adoption fee is $90. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. Story
Meet Tiny — a 1-year-old German Shepherd mix with a big personality and an even bigger zest for life. At 57 lbs, this black-and-tan beauty is all puppy energy, all the time. Tiny is extremely friendly and loves people, greeting the world with enthusiasm and curiosity. She already knows how to sit and is eager to keep learning, especially with someone who enjoys working with a smart, active dog.On walks, Tiny is an enthusiastic adventurer who’s happiest when she’s out in front, ready to go faster than her human can keep up. She loves to run, chase sticks, and play hard, and she can be a little mouthy in that typical young-dog way—nothing training and outlets for her energy can’t help with. Tiny would thrive in an active home that’s excited to keep up with her energy, continue her training, and give her plenty of chances to run, play, and be her joyful, goofy self. The dog adoption fee is $90.
