Story
PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED PERRY! Please meet Perry, a 4 year old handsome mixed breed boy (possible combination of GSP and Bluetick Coonhound), weighing in at +\-50 pounds. He is up to date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Perry's zest for life is evident in his boundless love for play. Whether it's a game of fetch or a playful romp in the yard, Perry's enthusiasm is infectious!  Perry's dedication to training is remarkable, with an impressive grasp of basic obedience commands such as "sit," "down," "stay," and "heel." He also understands the "place" command, showcasing his intelligence and eagerness to learn. His training progress is a testament to his willingness to please and his adaptability to new situations.  Perry is both crate trained and fully house trained. Perry LOVES his person (or people).  He is a relationship driven dog that will bond tightly with his caretaker(s).  As previously mentioned, he loves to engage in play and share both mental and physical stimulation inside and outside of his residence.  Perry is a very well behaved gentleman out in public, having socialized well with people and other dogs of all sizes in a variety of situations/environments.  However, inside of his home, the sudden movements of younger children can tend to make Perry nervous and as such, older children (12+) are recommended to reside with Perry in his home.  That being said, Perry is perfectly fine and content to utilize his crate in situations where young ones may be temporary visitors. Perry enjoys the companionship of other dogs, provided they are introduced properly and will respect his boundaries. Perry is able to participate in playgroups with others and is currently fostered with another, high energy companion.  However, Perry's primary interest and focus is his person (or people), which also makes him a great candidate as a solo dog in a new home. Perry has a unique vocal talent - the "hound" howl. However, this distinctive trait only surfaces when he's feeling a bit bored, adding a touch of character to his already charming personality! To ensure Perry thrives, he should be placed in a loving home with plenty of room for him to run and play. He's an active dog who relishes outdoor adventures. Most importantly, Perry deserves a home that will shower him with boundless love and affection, just as he wholeheartedly gives in return. If you're seeking a loyal, playful, and loving companion who will bring endless joy to your life, Perry could be the perfect addition to your family. Don't delay in completing an application to meet the handsome Perry today! Story
Hi my name is Buzz! I am a very friendly and social puppy who loves to play! I've checked out every toy in my fosters house and my favorites are chasing the ball and playing tug with my foster sister. I've got a lot of confidence for my size and age which makes me a great playmate for another dog! I'm also cool with older dogs that might not be as interested in playing because I LOVE people. I'm also a pretty great snuggler and like to be close (which makes me a good listener and eager to please). I've learned how to sit and I'm working on some other neat commands like 'down' and 'wait,' which I'll probably pick up pretty fast. I'm also doing well going to the bathroom outside and sleep in my own crate through the night." Potty trained - working on it. He's great as long as we are proactive about taking him out. Good with other dogs - yes! Good with kids - not tested yet, he's teething a bit so probably not LITTLE kids but I think he'd make a good family dog ##1874863##

Story
Prince is a good 6 month old pup. His house training is coming along and he has been making strides. He's definitely a cuddler (lol). I acquired Prince a couple of months ago from a friend who couldn't find him a home. Since then, I have realized that I do not have the bandwidth to train him properly and give him the attention he needs. The biggest challenge is the separation anxiety and destructiveness when I am required to leave the house. He has broken through 2 different crates (including a Kong, which I had believed to be on the stronger end lol. Prince is sweet, energetic, handsome, kind, and gets along with my other dog Misha, who is a 7 year old German Shepherd. He's definitely a chewer. He enjoys going on runs with me. Prince would definitely thrive with another dog, an active owner, and a yard that he can run freely in.

Story
Milly aka Milly Meerkat, is an athletic, intelligent little dog who loves to cuddle.  Milly lives in a foster home with other dogs (old and young) and a family with kids.  Her foster family believes this may be the first home Milly has lived in.  Milly has learned a lot in her short time with her foster family including leash training, only chewing on the toys she's allowed to have and simple commands.  Milly loves hiking and playing with toys. Her foster family has taken her on long car rides and multi-day camping trips - she does great with both.  She plays well with other dogs and loves living with her foster sister, so she has a playmate all day.  She will happily sleep on a dog bed on the floor or in your bed with you.  Milly has a funny personality, she's always making her foster family laugh!  Her adoption fee is $250 Put in an application at www.eapl.com  *Photos by Gary Loffler   Sharing treats: https://youtu.be/UCkD62jKcJo Meet Milly: https://youtu.be/sq4Il6g61So Sharing fence line: https://youtu.be/rNByWDf_IrA Temp Test: https://youtu.be/IQ1BaHc2WhQ Temp Test: https://youtu.be/1YECiuSlQCENovember 26, 2023, 6:30 pm
