Story
Bailey is a very sweet dog, and LOVES to snuggle and play. She plays with other dogs very well, and has been exposed to many different kinds/sizes. Bailey loves to run and be outside, but also loves to snuggle up on the couch all day with you. Bailey's dad (my late husband) passed away when Bailey was only 2, and she grieved him heavily when he passed. Since then, it has been us 2. Bailey has been such a sweet companion, but my schedule does not allow Bailey to have the attention she needs. I am gone at work from 7am-4pm, and 1 quick walk isn't enough attention. Since her dad's passing, I have not been able to walk her or let her play with people/dogs much, and I can tell that Bailey is unhappy with the setup. When I think of an ideal home for Bailey it includes one with someone or people that can giver her attention. I believe a family would love Bailey, or someone who is at home most of the day and can include her in daily activities.

Meet Tim Man, LOkay, yes… I got photobombed by Maurice, my foster’s cat! We play together a lot, but let’s be honest—I’m still much cuter. Please don’t tell him. 😄 I can be a little shy at first, but once I get a few good sniffs in, I’m set on GO! Just give me a little time to check things out, and my playful personality comes shining through. Now I just need a family of my own to join the fun! 🐾 He/she is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. Please fill out an application at www.northboundrescue.com

Story
Meet Jasmine! 🌼 Jasmine is a 1-year-old, big, sweet, and goofy girl who is looking for her forever home. We’ve had her since she was about 7–8 months old, after she was heartbreakingly dumped and literally starving. She has come such a long way and is now a happy, healthy, playful dog. 🐶 Personality Very high energy and playful, LOVES other dogs and does great with them. Great with kids, though she is a big girl and may jump up when excited, Super smart and a quick learner Loves toys and playtime, she’s a very silly girl. Currently learning leash manners—she needs a minute to calm down but then walks well 🏡 Ideal Home Jasmine would thrive in an active home that can give her plenty of exercise, playtime, and continued training. She would do great with another dog and with a family who enjoys a big, loving, goofy companion. If you’re looking for a loyal, playful, affectionate dog who will keep you smiling, Jasmine might be your perfect match! 💛🐾 Jasmine is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. Story
Welcome Oaks to CCPAL Rescue foster program. Oaks is a 1.5 year old German Short haired pointer and German Shepherd. He is about 48 pounds and a good weight. He is good in a car, potty trained, doggy door trained and lives with six children starting at age 2. He also lives with 6 other dogs and does fine. He would be great with a family and children would be fine. We like them to be 8 or older. He is smart, laid back, good with other dogs and bonds deeply to his family. He is a little timid with strangers but comfortable with his people. His foster family is going to start taking him places so he can get used to changes in environment and other people. He is smart but he doesn’t like to retrieve like his sister does. He is a nice dog and naturally a little protective to his family. He would be great with a family that the dad travels and he wants to feel that his family is safe and taken care of. He is a moderate shedding dog and with his long legs would be a great walking or jogging companion. He is neutered, healthy and getting his vaccinations and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $300 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions.
