Darci is a cute little girl looking for her forever home. She is 40 lbs and approx 2 years old. She loves to run and stretch her long legs. She has mastered walking on a leash and has done so well. She is a very smart girl. Darci gets along well with other dogs. She would make a great addition to any family. Taking her on walks, jogs, or hikes would be right up her alley. She is crate-trained and housetrained when taken out on a regular schedule. She is such a pretty little girl who is the perfect size companion. By the way, she loves to go on car rides and is the perfect little girl when in public places. Darci is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. All dogs 6 month + receive a Proheart 6 injection at the time of their heartworm test. This provides heartworm prevention for 6 months from the time of that injection. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final before your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged for dogs that are adopted at an event or foster home. Huck is an exuberant, friendly fellow. Nearly two, he is full of energy and enthusiasm, especially for hunting squirrels and showering you with affection. He loves to play, cuddle and select favorite toys from his toy box. He has gone through kindergarten and elementary obedience but needs consistency and reinforcement. He likes cats but his high prey drive makes it a cautionary friendship. He is an excellent pointer and loves to hike in the woods.

Welcome Oaks to CCPAL Rescue foster program. Oaks is a 1.5 year old German Short haired pointer and German Shepherd. He is about 48 pounds and a good weight. He is good in a car, potty trained, doggy door trained and lives with six children starting at age 2. He also lives with 6 other dogs and does fine. He would be great with a family and children would be fine. We like them to be 8 or older. He is smart, laid back, good with other dogs and bonds deeply to his family. He is a little timid with strangers but comfortable with his people. His foster family is going to start taking him places so he can get used to changes in environment and other people. He is smart but he doesn’t like to retrieve like his sister does. He is a nice dog and naturally a little protective to his family. He would be great with a family that the dad travels and he wants to feel that his family is safe and taken care of. He is a moderate shedding dog and with his long legs would be a great walking or jogging companion. He is neutered, healthy and getting his vaccinations and ready for his forever home. She absolutely loves people and has a way of turning just about everyone she meets into a new friend. She may give a little bark when someone approaches, but once she realizes they’re there to say hello, she’s all about the pets and attention.
