At 2 years old, he is energetic and strong and needs daily exercise, structure, and mental stimulation. He is crate trained and does best with clear routines. When under stimulated, he can be destructive if left loose, so continued training and enrichment will help him succeed. He would be happiest in an active home, ideally with a yard, and with adopters who have experience with large or high energy breeds or are committed to ongoing training. Apartment living and limited exercise have been challenging for him, and he would thrive in a setting that can better meet his needs. This decision was made with care due to major life changes. We are focused on finding him a loving, permanent home where he can truly thrive.

Cameron has been neutered and is ready for adoption! He is walking and running around like a regal colt. He has all the characteristics of a classic Golden . . good natured and very social! We do not do out-of-state adoptions. We do not hold dogs, please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. We commonly receive multiple applications for a single dog. Nevertheless, only one applicant will be invited to meet a dog at a mutually agreeable appointment day, time & place. Usually Petsmart Yorba Linda or our Santa Ana location near South Coast Plaza. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.

Cruz is a 2 year old male purebred Golden Retriever. He is AKC registered, born in the state of Indiana. We purchased Cruz at the price of 3500$. We are rehoming Cruz due to him not getting along with our other male dog. Alpha status has been an issue for both male dogs for over 2 years. Cruz loves swimming in our pool, playing fetch with his toys, taking naps in the sun, play with family ( especially our kids) and to cuddle. He is high energy that would be perfect for an experienced dog owner that has time to take him on adventures. Cruz walks very well on a leash. He does not bark at other dogs while walking nor does he pull on the leash. He is crate trained. Cruz is a very sweet pup that needs another loving home. We have provided Cruz with a wonderful early life, full of love and memories. For him to have a better quality of life where he is not constantly trying to prove his alpha status, we have decided to rehome him to another loving family. Price can be negotiated.
