Stevie Nicks is sure to win your heart! Stevie came to Furkids when her owner could no longer care for her. We're happy they came to us so we can find Stevie a forever home! Stevie would do well in a home with kids. Stevie is relatively calm in energy and temperament. She is very strong on leash and needs someone who can handle her properly, and ideally a fenced yard to run in. Stevie weighs 83lbs. Stevie, is approximately 8 years old (est. birth date 10/25/2014), and her adoption fee is $500. Stevie has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. If you want to know more about Stevie, please complete a survey at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FKDS/Dog. At this time, meeting our dogs is by appointment only. After submitting a survey, an adoption counselor will contact you within 72 hours to give you more information about the dog you are interested in adopting and to arrange for you to meet. Billie loves to fetch with her tennis ball and have cuddles on the couch. She has been such an important part of my family over the years and we want her to have the best loving home. It would have to be one without children. As sweet as Billie is, she is territorial and has a problem resource guarding. She also has anxiety and will bark a lot at other dogs. I will say though that the times where we had to board her, the workers told us she did just fine with the other dogs! She has not bit anyone but she will growl and bark if she feels threatened. She doesn’t like when people wear hats sometimes or wear all black. We’ve been working on these issues for months with a trainer and while she has shown a little improvement, we cannot risk her biting our one year old daughter that she has shown aggression towards numerous times. This is so hard for us to do and whatever home she goes to, we want to still help out in anyway we can!!

Sailor is a beautiful young Golden Retriever/Lab mix. She was born in December of 2022, and will likely weigh around 55-65lbs when she&#39s full grown. This sweet girl was found living as a stray in a mobile home community. The community was full of cats, so she is cat friendly. Sailor is also dog friendly, and loves to play with the other pups in her foster home. She is both crate and house trained, and is working on her leash manners. Sailor&#39s foster Mom describes her as having &#34the best temperament&#34! This deserving girl would love a forever home with a fenced yard, and another playful and friendly pup. Sailor will be spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped before an adoption is finalized. Ace is the sweetest boy ever it breaks my heart to have to rehome him but I can’t take him with me. Ace is 1 his birthday is November 22nd he was born in 2022. Ace is a very energetic dog so he needs someone with the time and energy to play with him and take long walks. He’s also a bigger dog so a home with a lot of space is what we’re looking for. He gets along very well with children and has never shown aggressive tendencies. He’s up to date on all his shots and would make a perfect addition to anyone’s home 😊.
