Story
We are the Pointer Sisters! Born on 10/15/25 to a proud German Short Haired Pointer (mom) and Golden Retriever (dad). Both parents are pure bred, small for their breeds and owned by our human parents. We are extremely intelligent, fast learners and listen well like our mom. Our overall personality is more like our dad- playful, loving, VERY snuggly and cuddly. We are the last two from a litter of 8 and our other brothers and sisters have successfully found their furever homes and now we are ready! We would really like to go to a loving family instead of a shelter and can't wait to meet you!

Story
Calling all Goldendoodle lovers - Meet Juno Griffin  Juno is a beautiful 7-month-old boy who is full of energy, love, and puppy charm. With his soft, fluffy coat and dark, soulful eyes, this handsome boy is sure to turn heads wherever he goes. Juno loves playing with tennis balls and toys and loves being close to his people. He enjoys car rides and is always ready for his next adventure. He is friendly with people, dogs, and kids. Like any young puppy, Juno is still working on potty training and learning his puppy manners, but he is a quick learner and is responding wonderfully to his training. He already knows how to sit nicely and wait for permission before eating his meals—what a good boy! So far, he has been non-destructive in his foster home. Juno is crate trained and currently weighs 35 pounds, with a little more growing to do. Juno’s ideal home would be with an active family who enjoys walks or outdoor adventures, and plenty of playtime. He would do best with a family who is not gone for long hours at a time and, ideally, a fenced yard where he can run, play, and chase a tennis ball to his heart’s content. Juno would love having a playful doggy sibling who is ready to play chase and have fun with him.  However, he could also thrive as an only dog as long as he has plenty of opportunities for socialization and playtime with other dog friends. Juno has not yet been tested with cats. If you're looking for a sweet, fun-loving puppy who will happily be your shadow and join you for all of life's adventures, Juno just might be your perfect match!  An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
Meet Murphy Clay – Your Future Best Friend!   Murphy is a sweet, smart, Golden Retriever mix, who’s about 2–3 years old and ready to fill your home with joy, curiosity, and those classic Golden Retriever vibes. This handsome boy lights up around people of all ages -big or small and absolutely adores other dogs. He already shares a special bond with his 11-year-old human foster sibling and would thrive in a family with kids who can help him blossom.   Fully house trained and crate trained, Murphy is a quick learner who is diligently working on his leash skills and discovering the fun of toys. He’s curious, playful, and just starting to show off those happy zoomies. Every day he grows more confident, and with a patient family who spends lots of time at home, he’ll continue to shine.   Murphy does need a secure yard with a tall fence - he’s a bit of a flight risk when the world calls, so he can run, explore, and burn off energy safely. He’s still a little shy at first and takes time to warm up, but once he trusts you, his gentle, loving personality melts hearts. He would welcome other dog companions and is happiest when his people are around to guide him and cheer him on.   If you’re looking for a loyal, improving every day companion who will reward your patience with endless affection, Murphy is the one. Give this special boy the forever family he deserves. He is ready to learn, love, and zoom his way into your hearts! Story
Meet Roxy Hart  Roxy Hart is a beautiful 6-year-old Golden Retriever with the sweetest, gentlest soul. She may not be the dog who runs up to greet you on day one—but give her patience, kindness, and a little time, and you'll get to watch something pretty special happen: Roxy learns that you're safe, and then she lets you into her world. Roxy is incredibly shy and timid when meeting new adults and adjusting to unfamiliar surroundings. She needs a family who understands that trust may take a few weeks, not a few hours. She should never be rushed or forced into interactions. Once she feels safe, though, Roxy begins to bond deeply with her people—and children seem to have a shortcut straight to her heart. Roxy absolutely loves kids. She tends to warm up to children more quickly than adults and has formed a particularly sweet bond with her 11-year-old foster brother, often choosing to sleep with him at night. Because of her sensitive nature, a home with kind, dog-savvy children ages 8 and older would be a wonderful fit. And then there are BALLS.  Tennis balls, soccer balls, random balls in the yard—Roxy isn't picky. Chasing balls is one of her very favorite things, and she'll happily play fetch with a little companion for as long as they're willing to keep throwing. Outside is truly Roxy's happy place. She loves having room to explore, sniff, run, and simply be a Golden Retriever. Because of this, a large, securely fenced backyard is a must for Roxy's forever home. Roxy is also:  Fully house-trained with zero accidents in her foster home  Leash trained  Incredibly gentle and submissive, with no aggression observed  Calm and unbothered by other dogs encountered on walks. (Roxy previously lived in a home with another dog, and we believe a calm, confident canine companion could be wonderful for her. Another dog may help show Roxy that her new home and people are safe and help her continue building confidence.) Cats are currently an unknown for Roxy, as she has not had the opportunity to be properly introduced to or tested around a cat. She has, however, been wonderfully gentle with her foster family's guinea pig and seems quite fond of her tiny foster roommate!  While that's an encouraging sign of her gentle nature around a small animal, any home with cats should plan on slow, careful introductions. There are a couple of other things Roxy's future family should know. Crates are scary for her and cause significant anxiety, so a traditional crating routine would not be appropriate for Roxy. She is also frightened by thunderstorms and may search for the smallest hiding spot she can squeeze herself into when the thunder starts. During storms, she'll need a family willing to give her a safe place, reassurance, and some extra love. Most importantly, Roxy needs someone who isn't looking for instant gratification. She needs a person or family willing to let her decompress. Let her observe. Let her decide when she's ready to come closer. Celebrate the little victories—the first time she approaches you on her own, the first time she relaxes beside you, and the moment you realize she has decided you are her person. Roxy isn't lacking love. She's simply learning that it's safe to give it. Give this sweet girl patience, consistency, a fenced yard, plenty of balls, and a home where she feels secure, and you'll be rewarded with one incredibly loyal Golden girl who just needed someone willing to give her the time to bloom. Story
Hi, I’m Phoebe Valentine, although my foster family calls me Lucy!   I’m a beautiful, petite, Golden Retriever. I’m about 4 years old and weigh 52 pounds. I have a very soft, fluffy, red coat. I get so happy when my people come home & will grab whatever is closest to me, whether it is a toy, shoe or pledge can and prance around with it showing it off. One of my favorite things to do is play with my foster fur brother. I also love being with my humans and absolutely love belly rubs.    In my previous home I spent a lot of time outdoors, so I am adjusting to living indoors. I am doing great on my potty training. I am calm, not a jumper and walk well on a leash. I love sleeping in my human‘s bed and I am very polite, I don’t kick or anything (you won’t even know I’m there).   As was mentioned, I love playing with other dogs and I’m good with cats. I have never been around children before, so a home without children would be best for me. My ideal home is with a family who is primarily home, I can be mischievous and get myself into trouble if unattended and don’t want to spend my days in a crate. My ideal home would also have a fenced in yard and either another dog or a home where doggie friends visit often.   I am heart worm positive. I have already started my heart worm treatment. Because I have started my heart worm treatment, I cannot go to my forever home until my treatment is complete (which will be about 75 days). I do get scared of thunderstorms.     Just imagine the adventures we could have together. I’d be thrilled to be your personal taste tester, your cozy lap warmer, or your next Instagram superstar - if that’s your vibe.    So, let's just cut to the chase and have your people call my people, and we can set up something.
