He is male, 10 years old, healthy and active dog, who loves daily walks, play time with kids, and is eager to pretty much retrieve any number of balls that you can throw in the play area. He is gentle with little kids, and good with older kids, and adults alike. We would like Karan to find a loving, compassionate, dog-loving family (preferably with kids, but not a must-have). Karan is house-trained, understands and follows commands, and is emotionally intelligent. He has been a great companion for our son. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
