Looking for a LOVING family to take my 3 year old Golden retriever Dolly. She is the best girl but we are moving and she is unable to come with us . She has been the best girl to our family. We have a 4 year old who is her best friend. She is crate trained, potty trained, GREAT with dogs and kids ( and old people) She is already fixed as well. She is HIGH energy so you will need a fence (thats what she is used to) or some type of energy burning activity for her but other than that she just needs attention.

Trooper (5 years, 67.8 lbs.) is very lovable and loves going on runs and playing in the yard, he was surrendered by his owners because they no longer had the time to give him the attention he deserved. Trooper would need to be an only pet, but I promise he's got enough love in him to fill the role of 2 dogs! He would love nothing more than to snuggle on the couch and play tug of war. Polly is a sweet 4-year-old Golden Retriever weighing about 57 pounds. She’s a little on the thin side and would benefit from gaining a few pounds. She also has a wound on her leg that she came to us with that is healing. Before her rescue, Polly was kept for breeding, which has left her a bit insecure and shy when first meeting new people. With patience and kindness, her gentle personality truly blossoms. She’s adjusting beautifully to life as an inside dog, and she absolutely loves it! Cozy naps, soft beds, and being close to her people are quickly becoming her favorite things. Though Polly enjoys playing with her dog friends, she doesn't like to share with them. Because of this, we have determined that she needs to be an only dog in her forever home. She likely didn't get much one on one attention previously, so she wants it all to herself. This girl is very affectionate and snuggly once she feels safe. She loves to be by your side and will happily soak up all the love you have to give. Polly is crate-trained and currently working on house-training. She’s not yet comfortable walking on a leash, so a secure, fenced yard is rREQUIRED for her to safely potty and explore. Polly is a gentle soul looking for a calm, loving home withOUT a canine companion to help her continue building confidence. With time, reassurance, and love, she will make an incredibly loyal and devoted best friend. To adopt her, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org Her adoption fee is $600, which includes her shots up-to-date, microchipping, spay, heartworm testing, and dental cleaning.
