Story
Hi there! I’m Serenity, and I’m a 12-year-old pup looking for my forever home. I’m a pretty laid-back girl with a sweet and nonchalant personality. I’ve been in a foster home and so far, I’ve been a dream! I’m housebroken (no accidents at all!) and take care of business really quickly when I go outside. I’m also crate-trained and sleep in my crate at night, or whenever my foster family needs to leave the house, and I’m totally quiet about it.I get along great with my foster dog sibling—we did slow introductions and now we’re good pals. I’m a low to medium-energy kind of pup. I love going for walks (they’re one of my favorite things!) and then curling up for a nap afterward. I’m happy and content, and I’ll happily follow you around the yard off-leash while I explore and enjoy my surroundings. On walks, I’m great on the leash and always try to be polite.I’m a smart girl who knows the basics—like sit and stay—and I pick up new tricks quickly. I’m also super affectionate and love getting pets and cuddles. If you’re looking for a calm, easygoing companion who’ll enjoy casual walks and cuddle sessions, I might just be the perfect match! All I need is a loving home to call my own.

Story
Hi there! I`m Sandy, and I recently went on an adventure with a very nice volunteer. We took a walk in the park, and let me tell you, I was excited! I always go outside to do my business, so I had no trouble finding a spot during our adventure. I met a few new people along the way, and I was definitely excited about it. I can get pretty exuberant when I meet new faces—I might pull on the leash, bark, whine, or jump around a bit. When I met some kids, though, I was much softer and wiggly. I loved getting attention from them and wagging my tail. I’m great with kids, and I really enjoy when they pet me.I also met some other dogs, but I’m not too interested in playing with them. I mostly ignored one of the dogs we encountered, and sometimes I do get a bit aroused and hyperactive when I see other dogs on a leash. If I’m close to another dog, I might growl a little, but it’s not always the case. I can be a bit unpredictable in that way, but I’m learning to be more calm around them.I`m a medium-energy guy, so I’d be happy with a nice walk or a run—anything to help burn off some of my energy! On our adventure, I didn`t go potty much, but I did stop a lot to pee. I did great when we visited a local outdoor patio, too! I was calm and relaxed, just laying on the ground, and I even got some attention from a family with little kids nearby. I love when people stop to talk to me!A little about me—you should know that I *love* car rides, especially with the windows down! I also really enjoy tug-of-war, although fetch is not my thing. I might be a little unpredictable when it comes to my back feet, though. The groomer tried to trim my nails, but I wasn`t having it and tried to lunge at her. So, yeah, we didn`t go back for the nails after that. But overall, I’m a sweet boy who loves attention and affection! I’m great with people, love my walks, and I’d be so happy to have a family who understands my quirky side. If you`re up for a snuggle or a tug-of-war session, I’m your guy!

Story
Hey there! I`m Sol, and I recently went on an adventure with a super fun volunteer. We had an awesome time hanging out at home, playing, and even went hiking! I got to see some new sights and smells. We also went for a drive, which was pretty fun too. When it comes to potty time, I`m a good listener—I always go outside like I`m supposed to. While on our adventure, I got to meet some new people, and I couldn`t help but be my friendly self! I was all wiggly with excitement, wagging my tail and happily approaching them for some pets. Same goes for meeting some kids—I was super gentle and soft with them, and I loved getting attention.I love attention, but I’m not really a fan of sharing the spotlight with other animals—I`m happiest being the only dog in the house.I’ve got a lot of energy to burn! I could play all day long if you’d let me—so I’d definitely love an adopter who’s ready for some active fun and adventure. I’m always up for a game of fetch, a good hike, or a run around the yard. If you’re looking for a playful, friendly, and energetic buddy, I might be the perfect fit! Just make sure you’ve got plenty of time to keep up with me! I qualify for Foster First, which means you can foster me for 14 days prior to adoption to ensure I’m the perfect fit for your family!

Story
Hey, meet Howie! This energetic dude is basically a big puppy in a dog suit. He`s super active and playful, so get ready for some fun! He knows `sit,` which is a good start, but he`s still working on his leash manners (he pulls a bit). Howie`s a talker, so expect some vocal expressions. He IS a big puppy, so he`d do best with someone who can teach him some manners. He`s made some dog friends at the shelter, so might like a pal (bring yours to meet him). He`s a good boy at heart, just needs a little guidance and lots of playtime!
