Do you have what it takes to earn Lulus’ Love? At 45 pounds, Lulu (Lourdes) is a beautiful, elegant, chill girl. Estimated to be 4ish years old, she is a gentle soul, who prefers to relax in her bed, rather than scamper around the house like our other pups. Having spent the first few years of her life as a breeding mama, her human experiences were clearly limited and somewhat scary. It takes a special person to gain her trust. She cowered in the corner for weeks before leaning into to the love she so deeply deserves. She interacts daily with other dogs and our middle schooler, plus has been exposed to small children and seniors. Tug on her tail, rub her paws, take away food or toys…she has never shown a single sign of aggression. She is 100% house trained with only an occasional accident when she gets frightened. As an added bonus, she has little to no shedding and hasn’t bothered any of the allergy sufferers that visit our home. This girl would love a big backyard, she can explore, as she isn’t too keen on leash walking quite yet. She is content to be alone, so her owners are free to go to work or out for the day – as long as they come home and let her hang near you for the rest of the day. Lulu is more than ok to sleep alone, but probably wouldn’t mind sharing your bed as long as you give her plenty of room to spread out – lol. New owners must have a calm, patient personality, willing to prove they are worthy of her love. We expect it to take several weeks for her to adapt to a new home, but once she decides you are her new person, she will be your devoted companion forever! Lourdes is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken and spayed . This dog's new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. The adoption fee for this pet is $300. A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you're interested in adopting this dog fill out an Online Application today!
