Meet Eli
Eli — a handsome young Great Dane with a playful personality, a gentle heart, and all the potential to become an incredible lifelong companion.
At just 18 months old and 125 pounds, Eli is still very much a youngster. He has that perfect balance of playful energy and laid-back charm. He loves a good play session with his canine friends but is just as happy relaxing once he's gotten his wiggles out.
Eli has never met a stranger. He loves everyone he's encountered and greets life with a happy, easygoing attitude that makes him a joy to be around. He's dog friendly, cat friendly, rides wonderfully in the car, and walks nicely on a leash, making him an easy companion for everyday adventures.
Like many young giant breed dogs, Eli is still learning the finer points of being a well-mannered gentleman. He hasn't had much formal training yet, but he's eager to learn—especially if treats are involved! He absolutely loves food, making positive reinforcement training a fun and rewarding experience for both him and his future family.
While his interactions with children are currently unknown, Eli's friendly, social nature suggests he has the potential to fit into many different types of homes. Continued training, structure, and consistency will help him grow into the amazing adult dog he's meant to be.
Eli is looking for a family that will embrace his playful spirit, continue teaching him good manners, and include him in all of life's adventures. Whether it's a walk around the neighborhood, a road trip, or an evening relaxing on the couch, Eli is happiest simply being with his people.

Until the profile is removed from the public’s view, this dog is considered available for adoption. To apply to adopt from Just Giants Rescue fill out an online. All approved applications are good for 12 months. Meet and greets can be scheduled with approved adopters. All dogs adopted from Just Giants Rescue are up to date on vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Some exceptions may apply. All adoption fees are non-refundable; Just Giants is a NFP 501(c)3 organization.
Meet and greets can be scheduled with approved adopters.
Transportation from the foster home to the adopter is the responsibility of the adopter to coordinate. Just Giants does not adopt outside of the continental US.
