Story
Enya was left tied to a tree by her owners that moved away in Oklahoma. She dazzled us with her gorgeous harlequin coat and pretty smile and we wondered how anyone could up and leave this gorgeous, good-natured girl. - 4 years old, 70lbs - We are not quite sure on breed mix and guessed at Great Dane/German Shepherd. She is so unique looking! - Moderate energy and pretty calm most of the time - Social girl who is friendly with everyone she meets - We have not seen her with young children so kids ages 8+ might be best - Good with other dogs and fostered with cats and is polite with them - Potty trained - Crate trained - Loves car rides and eagerly hops right in. Hasn't demonstrated any car sickness. - Loves her chews, Kong and toys to play with - Knows "sit" very well and eagerly offers it. Highly treat motivated and eager to be your student. Enya is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm tested negative, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee also includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner veterinary clinics in Oregon City, Portland, Milwaukie or Tualatin. $250 adoption fee Fostered in Hillsboro, Oregon APPLY TO ADOPT ENYA ON OUR WEBSITE: WWW.AGAVEDOGS.ORG

Story
**Fostered in Seattle, WA, and ready for meet & greets!** 🐾 Meet Romeo! 🐾 Hello there! My name is Romeo the Great, and I'm ready to sweep you off your feet with my gentlemanly charm and goofy antics! I'm a big-hearted giant, but don't let my size fool you—I'm as gentle as they come. Let me share a bit about myself. First, I'm a social chap who loves human and animal companions. Whether it's dogs of any size or respectful kitties, I play well with everyone and thrive on friendship. Car rides are my favorite pastime, although I like having a whole row to myself to stretch out and relax. One of my favorite activities is frolicking off-leash at the beach and romping around with my puppy foster brother. Despite my senior status, I still have a playful spirit. I'm also crate and house-trained, and I have excellent leash manners, making me a dream to have around. I'm looking for a forever home with a big, comfy bed to call my own. I promise to fill your home with love, laughter, and companionship. Are you ready to add a big bundle of love to your life? Meet me, Romeo, and let's start our beautiful journey together! 🐾❤️ Application link:https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/65a84e24063d1c70780b4c90 Please email cynthia@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. Story
Kevin is so much fun to be around. He loves to romp in the yard with a toy and he will fetch it and bring it back. He loves to be close to you and he will even cuddle on the couch. His Foster has him load on his own in the back of her jeep for rides. he stays in the crate when she is not able to monitor him although the crate is not his favorite place to be. Of course he would rather be with you. He is pretty good on leash but he is strong so would need a sturdy handler. He will sit for a treat, and we have no doubt he could learn a lot of new things with treats because he’s very food motivated. He is potty trained and has great house manners. He seems great with other dogs based on all of the testing we’ve done. Check out his video, he passed his assessment with other dogs No problem. Kevin is a big boy so we are looking for someone who can handle a large breed dog. Even though he is only around 70 or 75 pounds, he is tall and lanky so he is pretty large. He has a gorgeous, shiny black coat and super soft, floppy ears. Kevin is always joyful, no matter what he’s doing. He brings joy to the room! We think he is about 1.5 years old. We cannot be sure about his breed, but a smaller version of a great Dane seems to be our best guess. He will need a home with a backyard where he can run and play! He is vocal sometimes so apartment/condo life with shared walls won’t be the best fit for him. He would also do best in a home with a doggy companion that matches his energy level and doesn’t mind his “chattiness” and would enjoy running and playing with him, or to be an only dog. Either way would be fine. It would be best if Kevin went to a home with kids 8 and up since he’s a bigger boy and will jump when excited or seeking human affection. You can see him in the video with my 6 year old and he did great but did jump once. Kevin is a champ in the car and can get in and out on his own. He behaves nicely on rides and would love to go with his new people/person on errand runs and road trips once he’s settled in. Kevin is such a smart boy and has so much potential! Just a little time and patience and this guy can learn basic commands with no problem! No cats for this fella - he was much too interested during his cat test! If Kevin sound like a good fit, please apply today! Here you can see his personality: https://youtu.be/y81GLw4jxhw?si=affipBL7SILQa8Le Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/65b7bbabd91794b242058adf Please email Kristin@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions.
