Story
I found Shiloh outside of a Walgreens near my house . Since he is a puppy I took him to the shelter thinking the owners are looking for him. After his 4 day hold since his owners didn’t come I decided to take him in. Shiloh is your typical puppy, high energy. I have a senior dog and so far they are not getting along so well, Shiloh is play all the time and my other dog just likes to sleep . I am finding it hard to satisfy both of their needs . I am looking for someone very active to take shiloh in . he’s a sweet pup just a busy body . He will come fully vaccinated until 2026.

Story
529 days without a forever home. 529 days ago Razoo came into the shelter as a stray and he’s been looking for his place in this world ever since. He survived the streets. He survived the euthanasia list. He survived heartworm treatment. He’s learned what it’s like to live inside a home and that there are good humans out there who won’t hurt him. Now he just needs HIS human to find him🖤. ————————————————————— Razoo is 3 years old, 80 pounds, neutered, fully-vaccinated, microchipped, house-trained, crate-trained, and been treated for heartworms. He has done well with the other dogs in his foster home and loves his person (he will show you how much he loves you by wrapping his long arms around your entire body). When he came into the shelter he was terrified of being leashed. His foster has been dedicated to his training and desensitizing him to collars, leashes, etc. He has made leaps and bounds in his progress and he happily wore a bow tie for his photo shoot and gladly accepted head scratches from the photographer. He is adored by his foster and by everyone who meets him. He’s the epitome of rescue rehabilitation and deserves his happy ending! Please share to help Razoo find his forever home! Story
Location: Rowlett, TX DOB: 10/24/2023 (estimate) Meet Nyx — the tall, elegant shadow you never knew you needed. Nyx has mastered the art of gentle companionship. She moves through the house with a calm confidence, always checking in, always nearby, always ready to lean her giant self into you for a moment of affection. If you’ve ever wanted a living weighted blanket with long legs, Nyx is your girl. Nyx has settled beautifully into her foster pack and is quickly becoming one of the crew. She’s fantastic with other dogs and great with kids. She hasn’t met any cats yet, but she’s completely unbothered by chickens (she thinks they are friends to play with) — so farm friends, she’s already ahead of the game. This lovely lady is crate trained, cruising through potty training like a champ, and rides in the car as if she’s been doing road trips her whole life. She does well on leash, though her foster home doesn’t do structured walks, so she may need a little tuning-up once she’s out exploring the world with you. Toys are still a bit of a mystery to her —but she’s starting to figure out how fun they are! If your home is missing a gentle giant who brings warmth, sweetness, and a very impressive amount of drool, Nyx is ready to stroll right into your heart (and probably lean on your hip while she’s at it). If you’re not ready to adopt, please consider fostering. We always need fosters. Fill out the same form if interested. Thanks! https://forms.gle/G2dJx2NV4JXZcZ9F6

Story
Meet Zilla!Zilla is a gorgeous 6 1/2 year old Great Dane Mix, who weighs 77 pounds, is spayed and current with all her vaccines. She is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loving furry friend. Zilla is past the puppy terrors and loves chilling or cuddling with people of all ages. She is crate trained, but doesn`t really ever need to be crated. She is potty trained and knows how to use a doggie door. She does have a little separation anxiety at times, because she loves being around people so much. She loves going for walks or hikes, whatever you want to do she is game. She is also a movie buff and loves snuggling up on the couch with a good film. Or, if you prefer a more relaxed vibe, She can people-watch from a patio while you sip a glass of wine. Whatever your preferences, She`s happy to be your furry sidekick. She is also friendly with other dogs when introduced properly, but unfortunately, Zilla is NOT a cat person. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
We found Otis abandoned and starving not far from where I worked back in July. At the time he was around 60 lbs, we were able to get him tested and treated at the vet for intestinal parasites and had some ticks removed. Started feeding him Hills Science Diet for young large breed dogs and got his weight up by 20lbs by the next visit to the vet. I have attached pictures of his genetic test, he tested negative for heart worms and is now parasite free. We have also had him chipped since we were planning on keeping him. Unfortunately, the other dog that we rescued several years earlier does not and will not get along with him. I don’t think that Otis wouldn’t get along with other dogs as he is very playful and energetic, its just that our other dog doesn’t even like to be in the same room with him without barking or growling. After months of trying to get them acclimated to each other we have decided that it would be better for Otis if he had another home where he could live his best puppy
