Story
Meet Tarmac!Hi, I’m Tarmac, a three-year-old Great Dane mix with a big heart and an even bigger love for treats! I’m a smart pup who already knows my basic commands, and I’m always eager to learn more—especially if snacks are involved. I aim to please and love having a job to do, whether it’s showing off my manners, going for a stroll, or just being your loyal companion.Despite my size, I’m a gentle giant who just wants to make my people happy. I’d love a home where I can keep learning, get lots of belly rubs, and, of course, enjoy plenty of tasty rewards for a job well done. I am also great with kids and home and crate trained. If you’re looking for a well-mannered, treat-motivated best friend, I might just be the perfect match for you!To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Location: Arlington, TX DOB: 5/23/25 (Estimate) My name is Megatron! My human foster brother thinks it’s hilarious that he named me after an evil transformer but the joke is on him! I’m not evil but I’m definitely transforming into your new best friend!! I’m almost one year old, I think! And so does my dog doctor friend, Dr. C! Me and my brother found ourselves in doggy jail and my foster mom came and got us out of there fast! I am deaf and mostly blind but it doesn’t slow me down a bit! I love to play with my foster dog brother and sisters and have already learned to respect their boundaries and share toys. I love to snuggle and I’m always close by for pets and cuddles. I am mostly house trained but still have accidents now and then if I don’t get outside fast enough, but I’m still learning! I don’t like a kennel AT ALL but you can trust me to free roam because I mostly sleep when left at home. The big dogs have taught me that! I am a huge fan of remotes!! So they should stay out of my reach 🙂 Rocks are great too, so I shouldn’t be outside unattended. My furever family should probably have experience with deaf/blind Danes because my foster mom says I’m special 🤍 Patience will be the key to us being BFFs! Story
Hi, I’m Neptune – Your Future Best Friend (and Occasional Bulldozer) Hey there! I’m Neptune – big, bouncy, soaked-from-the-sprinkler, and full of love (and kisses… lots of kisses – face, French, surprise ones too). I’ve got major goofball energy and no clue how big I am, so sometimes I knock people over with love. Sorry. Kinda. I love toys – especially throwing them in the air myself. I know “sit,” I’m working on “wait,” and I totally understand “no”... unless it’s about chasing a cat or grabbing something fun off the floor. I’ve got selective hearing – it’s a gift. If I’m playing with another dog? Yeah, good luck getting my attention. I’m mostly potty trained, but I won’t tell you when I need out – so leave the door open, or you’ll find a puddle. I know “crate,” and at bedtime, I’ll go in all by myself like a good boy. Sprinklers? I LIVE for them. I’ll stand in them, run through them, get soaked, and love every second. Oh – and I need a tall fence ‘cause I’m an explorer (and kinda a climber). If you want a best friend who’s big, goofy, loyal, and will absolutely teach you to keep your stuff out of reach… I’m your guy. Let’s go play in the sprinkler. You in? Located in Wenatchee, WA; adopter needed within WA state. About 1 1/2 years old. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfL4VeONfx2FT4gA2AjLwpLtYplLM3Fufo_75AmQlbV_6MHtQ/viewform

Story
529 days without a forever home. 529 days ago Razoo came into the shelter as a stray and he’s been looking for his place in this world ever since. He survived the streets. He survived the euthanasia list. He survived heartworm treatment. He’s learned what it’s like to live inside a home and that there are good humans out there who won’t hurt him. Now he just needs HIS human to find him🖤. ————————————————————— Razoo is 3 years old, 80 pounds, neutered, fully-vaccinated, microchipped, house-trained, crate-trained, and been treated for heartworms. He has done well with the other dogs in his foster home and loves his person (he will show you how much he loves you by wrapping his long arms around your entire body). When he came into the shelter he was terrified of being leashed. His foster has been dedicated to his training and desensitizing him to collars, leashes, etc. He has made leaps and bounds in his progress and he happily wore a bow tie for his photo shoot and gladly accepted head scratches from the photographer. He is adored by his foster and by everyone who meets him. He’s the epitome of rescue rehabilitation and deserves his happy ending! Please share to help Razoo find his forever home! Fort Worth, Texas area. If you have questions or are interested in meeting Razoo, contact us today!
