She is house, leash and crate trained. We are working with her on basic commands.She gets along with dogs and doesn't show interest in cats. No young children for Ireland. I have a gentle personality that’s ready to shine once I feel safe, and I’m on the lookout for a loving home where I can grow and gain confidence. My story hasn’t been easy — I was a stray, living on the streets, and that’s made me a little cautious. I need a bit of time to trust new people, and it takes me a moment to warm up to new situations. But once you’ve earned my trust, you’ll see just how much love and loyalty I have to give! I’m looking for a forever home with a medium or large doggie companion who can be my guide and best friend. I need a buddy to help me feel safe and build my confidence. I’m a charismatic boy with gorgeous eyes as blue as water! I’m Lake, a deaf Double Merle Great Dane. I am deaf but can see just fine. I already know hand signals for sit, stay, stop and come but still have some work to do. I’m a very sweet boy that loves leaning on and getting attention and love from my humans. It may just take me just a little bit to adjust to my new family, and I need a family with no kids under 10 years old. However, I’m a sharp pup who also loves playing with my toys. I’m house trained, but not a fan of the crate – it freaks me out. I will take the Alpha spot in my new home if its vacant and I really need and experienced Alpha Dane owner to help guide me through life.
