Story
The Big "Kahuna" is a 104 pound Great Pyrenees. Sadly, he was abandoned. When Kahuna came in, he was shy and afraid. After about a week, he came out of his shell and he is happy and has a fun personality. He is the sweetest boy. We estimate he is about 2 years of age. We are looking for a kind family to take him home and let him lounge around. $300.00 adoption will help us with some of the costs of his neuter, vaccinations and microchip. If you are interested in adopting this pet, please visit our website at www.petsnpals.org and complete the online adoption application.

Story
Sparky is a little ball of energy! He loves to do laps around the yard and to run laps around his doggy friends. When he is not channeling his inner speed demon he loves to roll over for belly rubs and will return your love with sweet kisses. He loves to run, play, get groomed, and play tug of war. Sparky is a moderate energy puppy who will need daily walks and play. He is almost finished with house-training but will need strict supervision to start in his new home. Sparky loves to play with rope toys, crinkly toys, rubber toys and balls. He is playful, gentle and so so smart! This boy would love to join you for puppy training class - he is ready and eager to learn. Sparky is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations and ready for his forever home. Please fill out an adoption application if you would like to meet him: https://betterworldrescue.org/adoption-application/

Story
Annie Oakley - Annie for short - is the most affectionate girl in town. We recently pulled her from the Oakdale Animal Shelter where she was one of the msot well behaved dogs around. She has such a loving temperament, they used Annie as the playmate for new dogs, so they could temperament test each pup! Annie gets along great with dogs and humans of all sizes, though can be a bit playful for the smaller ones. We are not sure about Annie and cats yet, but we believe with patience and a proper introduction, she will be fine. Annie is a puppy - albeit a big one. Her foster mommy reports that she is the sweetest dog she has ever met and will make the ultimate family dog. While she enjoys being part of the family, she doesn't mind being outside primarily either! Just so long as someone has time to love on her. She is learning basic commands and is such a smart girl. Annie loves the water and will make a great adventure buddy. She is current on vaccines, chipped and scheduled for spay!  ##1741579##

Story
Hello! Meet Stixxs! Stixxs, also known as Twig(gy) is a 5 year old Anatolian Great Pyrenees mix. Stixxs is a very active and friendly dog who thrives off of human interaction. He will often say hi to everyone he sees with lots of licks. Stixxs was raised around a 12 pound dog (he is well over 110 pounds) alongside a kitten and has done well with both. I believe he will do good with other pets if a slow and proper introduction happens. Due to his size (and lack of size awareness), I do not recommend a home with small children. Stixxs does have a tendency to get rough with smaller animals - a gentle reminder or a dog around his size will be best for him. Stixxs would benefit from an active family - active as in a family that will dedicate time to go on enrichment activities such as hiking, camping, swimming, or working/sport. Stixxs is a huge love bug that loves cuddles, and deserves a family/person that will dedicate their all to him. Please consider giving him a chance.
