This is Bo! We got him from a rescue almost a year ago this August. He is a gentle giant and loves hard. He resource guards me with my husband only. He bit him. He loves kiddos and pretty much everyone but my husband, BUT only when me and my kiddos are around. He would lay with my husband when no one was home. Looking for a single owner with no pets preferably. I just feel it would alleviate any possible fear of resource guarding in the future if he only had a single owner, as well as no other animals. My kiddos are young and do all the yelling and kid stuff. So sometimes he just gets stressed. He is 3, 80 lbs and looks like a golden! He is a Great Pyrenees/Collie mix. He is absolutely beautiful. He is kennel and house trained. He is all up to date on his shots and has no health issues. He is due for his yearly shots mid August. He is neutered. I know he would thrive in another setting. Searching for a companion for him❤️

If you know Great Pyrenees, then you know they are all of the above, if not more. Argus can be a real sweetheart with the people he knows but he does need time if he doesn't know you. Argus loves to be outside in any kind of weather and loves long walks and loves laying next to his favorite person getting lots of loving. I can't stress enough that he is a very big, very strong boy and it would be advisable if you have had experience with such a breed. Coronado is very friendly and loves to be near people. He will follow you around the house, laying near you whenever possible. Being petted is one of his favorite things, and he actually enjoys being brushed. He's gentle, sweet and very rarely barks.He gets around great and you won't believe that he's 11 years old. Coronado loves walks and does great on leash. He has walked 2 miles with no problem.He does not get onto furniture even though I allow it. It seems that his previous training was "no furniture." He enjoys playing fetch with a ball or toy, but prefers to play inside the house.Coronado is hard of hearing, but fortunately doesn't need much direction or correction.He is neutered with all shots, his teeth were cleaned 3/17/26. He is housebroken with no accidents.The ONLY reason I need to rehome him is that he does not get along with my dog. : (I don't want him to ever go back into a shelter and I want to find him a happy home.Apply to find out more about this sweetie!
