We are so sad for our Dahli she has gotten little attention and we just don’t get it. We rescued Dahli as a puppy and she was adopted for years and then her family returned her recently due to their living arrangements. Since we have had her back we have learned so much about her and what she needs in her new family. She is approx. 5 years old, 85lbs and possibly a great pyrenees mix.  She is a little shy at first but feels comfortable quicky and will be your best friend. She LOVES loves her people with all her heart and just wants to be close to them. She gets long with other dogs but would prefer calmer ones not in her face. She is housetrained, loves being outside, going for walks and LOVES car rides. She would do amazing with a retired person that wants a best friend or a person that works from home because she is an amazing co-worker. All we know is she just wants her forever family. Adopted Athens when he was 4 months old in 2017. The fluffy now 6-year old "puppy" is the "little" brother to our 15-lb maltepoo, but due to a recent job change, my husband and I travel 2-3 weeks of each month and are not able to care for him like he needs. Athens is a super sweet guy. Like a cat, he will calmly come and nestle up to your leg, looking to give love. He's great with people and his fluff makes him a great pillow for the kids. He's every person's best friend. If someone is suspicious, he will be cautious, but warms up if you say it's okay. Athans loves most dogs and pets, though he will do best with smaller dogs. Some medium to large dogs make him flip, especially when on leash. At 90 lbs, he would benefit from someone who can be firm when he gets excited since he is large and strong. Athans would love more than anything to have a fenced yard to lay around outside during the day. We love him dearly and hope he will find a caring new family!

I have a proud hairytage of a purebred Labrador Retriever Mama and and purebred Great Pyrenees Papa.....and I am proud to be a native Texan :) (photos of parents available upon request!!) With this genetic bonanza, no wonder I am such a handsome guy!! At almost 6 months young (DOB is 12/07/22), I weigh in at a healthy 42 pounds of happy puppy. I am the most laid back and easy going of my litter; most definitely no alpha dog here!! I get along with all of the dogs, but would be happiest with another easy going, confident kind of dog and Hooman personality. I am loving and a great companion. I love my daily walks and swimming in the river, but am not going to be hyper if I don't run a marathon daily! I have a very low to medium energy level and a very zen aura. Foster Mum says that I am an old soul. I will most likely be around 60-70 pounds when fully growed :) I am crate trained, working on house training, and know how to walk on a leash. I am a "Good Boy" and try to make my Foster Mum happy. I don't jump up on people or tear toys up. I like to play with the other dogs and toys in a gentle manner. My overall behavior is calm. If you have been waiting for a gentle, kind soul to fill your life with peaceful coexistence, I am your guy!!

Meet Hank! This guy is going to be big and beautiful! He is reportedly a Pyrenees/hound mix and has the big paws to match. He also has an adorable underbite that just warms your heart. Hank had a pretty rough start. His sister and he were both hospitalized with Parvo right after being picked up from animal control. Hank came home from the vet very nervous and anxious; however, he has come a long way with the help of his foster brothers and is now happy and healthy. Hank is still learning how to be a dog but has come to love big soft beds, laying in front of the fireplace, barking at people going by the windows, and chasing his foster brother around the yard. He is a potty-training rock star when he's taken out on a regular basis. Although he doesn't like his kennel, he knows commands like sit and lay down. He also walks well on a leash and loves to explore. He likes to run his foster mom's property, play in the mud, and just be a farm dog. Hank is still a younger pup and will need regular work to make sure that his manners are kept. He will also need work with socialization and other basic dog manners just like any other pup. Why do they call me Slick? Cause you'll be stuck to me real quick! Most people find themselves glued to my fluffy, white side in a big warm hug. I love snuggling my big head into people's shoulders while they do this, it's so nice! I'm a big boy, a Great Pyrenees mix and around 5-years old currently, so I'll need an experienced family to take good care of me! I love staying in warm beds tucked into the corners of rooms so I can take a nap and keep an eye on everyone, make sure they're safe! I just wanna be a big teddy bear for someone, maybe that'll be you reading this! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
