Story
I am actually trying to rehome two great Pyrenees. Their names are Adam and Eve and they are outdoor dogs and working dogs. They have spent over a year looking after Sheep. They are brother and sister and she is spayed, but he is not neutered, but I am happy to contribute to cost to neuter him if needed. They eat Purina pro plan and have their whole life. They have regularly been to groomers as well as the vet and are up-to-date on all of their shots and are the most healthy dogs with perfect teeth you can get. They live around cats, kids, and other dogs, including my small dogs, which I have three. We have a small farm and unfortunately, we are having to sell our home and will not be able to bring them to a rental. One of my qualifications is that they go together as they are bonded and cannot be separated, as I think it would break their hearts. They will be happiest at a farm working and wouldn’t know what to do if kept inside. Nashville area TN

Story
Grits and determination!! That is the saying, right? To get anywhere you must have grits and determination?? Grits are good for you, ask any Southern mama :) You guessed it, my name is Grits and I have a LOT of determination! I came from the pound with HORRIFIC injuries related to a multiple dog attack :( And boy I was in pain and had horrible infections and was so so skinny and just sad... But the rescue peeps fixed me up! It took several weeks of LOVE, good nutrition, wound care and "heart repair" to return my zest for life and to see the glimmer of hope in my eyes... Now I am all fixed up, healthy and happy and READY for you!! Don't ever let me be out on the streets again, fighting off other dogs to live. Give me your COUCH, an air conditioner and lots of love and treats and I will be yours FUREVER!!! And speaking of fur, well, you know I am a Great Pyrenees and we SHED great amounts, so you must love me more than my hair!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)

Story
Meet the beautiful Snowbell. ? Snowbell was in a shelter for more than a month. She caught the eye of one of our tender-hearted foster moms who asked if JoJo's would JoJo's would rescue her if she would foster her for us. She made us an offer we couldn't refuse! ? Snowbell is a young dog -- estimated to be 12-14 months. She does look like she has already had a litter of puppies and she gave her puppies everything she had. The poor, sweet girl was only 47 lbs when she was rescued. We believe Snowbell is a Great Pyrenees/Lab mix, but she's kind of petite for that breed mix. She has already gained 7 lbs and weighed 54 lbs when she was spayed yesterday and probably should weigh 60-65 lbs. She is super sweet, great with children, other dogs, and kitties, but probably should not be around chickens. She is fully vetted and housebroken. If you are interested in meeting this sweet pup, please email us at jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you an application, or download one from our website www.jojosdoghouse.com. Adoption fee is $250 and includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and parasite treatment and prevention. Thanks for choosing adoption! Please visit our Facebook page JoJo's DogHouse (non-profit) to learn more about us and see many of the dogs we have rescued. We hope you'll join JoJo's family of adopters!
