Story
Sappho is a young but extremely shy and shutdown Pyr that was even more shutdown when she first came to us in August. We have since learned that dogs will really help her open up to humans so she needs to have a dog buddy in the home. She loves a good play session with littles and bigs, and seems to be a very gentle player who plays to the level of the dog she is with. She is starting to open up to humans more and we feel like that as long as a new adopter is extremely patient with her and just meets her where she is that she could now find her forever home. She does still need to be spayed so we will be getting that done asap. She does continue to be timid on a leash and going new places so it took us about 6 weeks to even get her to the vet for her initial visit but she really did extremely well but we are glad we waited! She does like to follow you around and you will know she is warming up to you when you are sitting quiet somewhere and you feel her giant head behind you sniffing your hair-its very sweet! She is way more open and playful with dogs though and seems to love them!October 10, 2025, 10:50 am

Story
Meet Jazzy – A Gentle Soul Ready for Love! 💕 Jazzy is a beautiful 1–2-year-old Great Pyrenees / Cattle Dog mix — or at least that’s our best guess! With her soft, soulful eyes and sweet nature, she’s sure to steal your heart. Jazzy came to the rescue as a devoted mama to her three puppies, who have all found their forever homes. Now, it’s her turn to shine and find the loving home she truly deserves. On the shy side at first, Jazzy warms up beautifully once she feels safe and connected to her people. She’s a gentle, affectionate companion who enjoys being close to those she trusts. Jazzy is great with kids, gets along well with other dogs, and seems to be okay with cats too — making her a wonderful addition to many types of families. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccines and preventions, and ready to start this next chapter of her life. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal, and gentle dog to welcome into your home, Jazzy might just be your perfect match. Submit an adoption application and let Jazzy’s journey lead her straight to you! $200 Local Adoption Fee (in Texas) $450 Out of State Fee (includes transport to your area)

Story
We got a call from a friend of the rescue. She was on her way home from work when she found a litter of puppies that had been dumped on her road. She called us and we immediately headed that way to round them up. By the time we got there it was dark. We managed to round up 6 of them but the next day a neighbor found one more. We searched all day to see if there were any more but we couldn't find anyone left. The day after they all arrived, they began to get sick one by one. We quickly started medication and fluids and within a couple of days they were all healed and happy! As of November 1st, our vet estimated them to be approximately 3 months. We believe the daddy is a Great Pyrenees as there was an intact male living on the same street where they were found. It looks like mama could be a hound dog, just a guess! Either way, they are adorable! They will be getting spayed and neutered shortly and will be available for transport just in time for Christmas! WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND TRANSPORT ALL PETS TO YOUR AREA! ADOPTION FEE $600

Either way, they are adorable! This particular puppy, Punkin' Pie needs to have her right rear leg amputated due to a severe injury that the vet deemed as "too old for surgery" We guessed she may have been stepped on as an infant. They will be getting spayed and neutered shortly and will be available for transport just in time for Christmas! WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND TRANSPORT ALL PETS TO YOUR AREA! ADOPTION FEE $600
