According to Wisdom Panel, the puppies are a mix of 16 different breeds, with their top breeds being 41% Siberian Husky, 14% Belgian Malinois, and 12% German Shepherd Dog. The boys are now 10 weeks old and Sprout weighs 13.8 lbs and Bud weighs 12.2 lbs. Their estimated adult weight is between 49–82 lbs. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##2702518##

Story
Dewey is a 3-month-old Lab/Husky mix with a gorgeous cream and white coat and a personality that’s just as lovable. This sweet boy is full of puppy curiosity and charm, always ready to explore, play, and soak up all the love he can get. He’s expected to grow into a larger dog, and with his Lab/Husky background, Dewey will likely be an energetic and adventurous companion. This mix is known for being intelligent, playful, and sometimes a little talkative—so he’s sure to keep you smiling! With a love for activity (and possibly water), he could be the perfect sidekick for walks, hikes, and outdoor fun.Dewey is still very much a puppy and will need a dedicated adopter who is willing to put in the time and effort to help shape his behavior. He is currently quite mouthy and doesn’t yet understand that his puppy nibbles can hurt, so training and consistency will be very important. Because of this, Dewey will not be placed in a home with small children. He’s still learning the ropes of the world and will need guidance with potty training, leash skills, and basic manners. With patience, structure, and positive reinforcement, Dewey has all the potential to grow into an incredible lifelong companion. So far, Dewey has only been around his siblings, so slow introductions to new dogs will be important. His soft coat will also benefit from regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best.If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate pup and are ready to invest the time into helping him become the best version of himself, Dewey is ready to grow up right by your side.

Story
Shirley is a 6-month-old spayed female Husky/Australian Shepherd mix who is already about 50 pounds—and still growing into a beautiful, large-sized companion. With her striking looks and gentle personality, she’s sure to capture your heart.Shirley can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once she starts to feel comfortable, her sweet nature really begins to shine. Give her a little time (and maybe a few treats!), and she’ll happily come up to you for pets and affection. Treats are definitely the way to her heart and a great tool for helping her continue to build confidence. She loves being outside and enjoys time to play and explore, making her a great fit for a home with a fenced-in backyard where she can stretch her legs and have fun. Shirley is still learning the leash, so continued training will help her grow into a confident walking companion.Shirley would likely thrive in a home with another friendly dog to help show her the ropes and boost her confidence. Because she can be a bit nervous at first, she would do best in a home with older children who understand how to give her space and let her warm up at her own pace. With patience, love, and a little guidance, Shirley has all the potential to blossom into a loyal, affectionate, and wonderful companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle girl to grow with your family, Shirley is ready to meet you.

Story
Togo is a 5-year-old neutered male Husky with a striking black and white coat and a personality just as bold and lovable. This handsome boy is truly a big teddy bear who’s ready to find a family to call his own.Togo absolutely lives for his walks—seriously, it’s the highlight of his day! Whether it’s a stroll around the neighborhood or an outdoor adventure, he’s happiest when he’s out exploring with his person. He’s also a major foodie, so if you’ve got treats, you’ve got his full attention (and heart!).Like many Huskies, Togo can be a bit talkative at times, so he’d do best in a house with a fenced-in backyard where he can safely stretch his legs and express himself. He appears to be dog selective, but a meet and greet is always recommended to make sure it’s the perfect match.Togo also has some gastro/intestinal issues that we are working to identify but becasue of that he MUST be on a special diet food to help his tummy. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will keep you company on walks, make you smile with his goofy personality, and soak up all the love you have to give—Togo is your guy.

Story
Amos got to us after he had to go from the animal shelter to the vet clinic for an amputation. We don’t know why his front left leg was so damaged. We do know that the night of his surgery he managed to rip out all of his stitches and laid his head on the vet tech’s shoulder while getting wrapped for repair surgery the next morning. He is not quite a typical Husky as he’s very laid back. He doesn’t use his voice near as often as most Huskies although he does have a little growl in his conversational voice which isn’t nearly as off-putting as it might sound.Amos has great house manners, does fine on a leash, and would be a perfect go-everywhere boy for his family. He adores his humans and is very loving and outgoing. He is a social boy and meeting new people and animals is easy for him. He’s fine with cats and seems to ignore the livestock kids at his foster home.He is very engaged with his humans and loves to be as close when he doesn’t want to spend time watching the world go by from his perch on the porch. He will often ask to sleep outside but is willing to do what his human feels is best.Amos is fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and current with flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Story
My name is Midnight, a young handsome fellow looking for a family to call my own. I am house trained and I get along great with dogs and cats! I am good with children and love to play. I already know basic commands like sit, stay, and down, and am described as incredibly sweet, goofy and friendly. My favorite pleasures are Toro chews, cheese (who doesn't LOVE cheese?), squeaky toys and tug of war toys. I love to go on walks and am looking forward to another playful dog and young family to play with me.
