Journey is a 4-year-old female Husky mix who has already been spayed. She was found as a stray at Journey Church--hence the name--Journey. Her owner never came looking for her. Journey has a black coat with tan markings; and she has one blue eye and one brown eye! Her tail curls stylishly over her back! She weighs 49 pounds; so she is a large dog. She is energetic and active; and we recommend she be in a home with older children. This playful dog is an attention hog and loves all the kindness being shown to her by staff and volunteers. Journey is good with most dogs; but, if you have another dog we would suggest you bring your dog out for a meet and greet with her. Journey is a trip--in a good way!Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Zeus is a pure bred AKC certified 9 year old Husky who is full of love and energy. Unfortunately we are not in a position to give him the life he deserves. We do not have the time or the space. We are looking for someone who can take him in. He is great with kids, people, and other huskies. However he should not be around small animals or other non husky dogs. ❄️Lobo❄️ This handsome guy is Lobo ❤️ He is a gorgeous white Husky with piercing blue eyes. Lobo is a total sweetheart but he is a typical Husky who needs an experienced owner and a sturdy fence. Lobo is a big, strong boy who loves playing outside but also also enjoys being a couch potato and watching tv while he enjoys a good chew bone. Lobo is doing well with his house training and is good in his secure crate. He is fine with other dogs with proper introductions and loves every person he meets. He can still get a bit excited when meeting new people and may need to be reminded of how big he is. Lobo would be best as a companion dog where he can go on fun hikes and walks or runs where he can got out his Husky energy.
