Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Kato is a kind, yet dominant and physically strong dog. He needs an adult only home with an owner who has Husky/alpha breed experience.Kato is a happy dog who loves to chew on bones! He enjoys spending time with his humans.  He loves to go on long walks. Kato loves running around and knows several commands such as sit and touch. He is a spunky boy who loves to play and be the center of attention. He is a working dog who would love a job of some kind. Kato does needs to be the only dog in the home because he is selective about the dogs he is around. Siberian Huskies are not a breed for 1st time dog owners.  They need a family who are experienced with Huskies and can maintain an alpha and kind position in the home. His new home requires a fenced-in backyard to run and play like a Husky should.Kato was a previous PRBJ dog who was returned after his owners stated they did not want him.  Kato was severely neglected coming in with all of his fur matted and dirty and unable to walk much due to the pulling of his fur.  The only thing we could do was take him in to have his fur completely shaved off.  In his pictures you can see how he looked when he was adopted out a few years ago with his full beautiful coat, then how he came in full of mats and then his new summer coat.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 19, 2024, 5:52 am

Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Clover is the sweetest husky mix boy. He is 10 months old, weighs 30 lbs. and has tons of puppy energy. Clover is so loving and is obsessed with cuddling! He is good with other dogs and is currently being fostered in a home with large breed dogs and various-age foster cats. Understanding that he is still a puppy, he does better with the younger teenage playful kittens versus the older adults. The more outgoing the cat, the better the relationship he can have with them as it will limit the chasing. He does great around children as well. He is learning basic commands and responds well to treats training. Clover is housebroken and crate trained. Being that he is still young, providing him with ample puppy toys, and safe chew toys is a must. He loves flavored bones and squeaky toys, which he is very good about not shredding. He is great on a leash and in the car. We are requiring a secure minimum 6-ft. fenced-in yard for him. He will need supervision whenever he is outside - he gets bored easily, loves to explore and will try to find a way to escape. Clover is high energy, loves to play, and will thrive in a home with an active-lifestyle family who can include him in outdoor activities and will provide him with structure and enrichment toys. He will benefit from puppy classes as well. Another large playful dog in the home would help him with his socialization and need for play. Huskies are generally intelligent, loyal and loving companions, but they are not a breed that can be left alone all day. Overall, Clover is the best puppy and will make a wonderful addition to the right family. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area and think you are a perfect match for Clover, please complete an app and tell us more about your family. April 18, 2024, 12:27 pm

Story
Hi! I'm Pretzel! Wanna know how I got my name? Me too! I don't think I look like a pretzel. I do know I would probably eat a few if given the chance. Who doesn't like warm yummy pretzels? Anyways, I am 3 years old, and boy am I handsome. I am a lover of adventure, and all things excite me. I am learning how to walk on a leash and have some manners. A bit of a wild child but nothing rare on a husky. You see there is too much to see and do, and I want to see and do it all! I am a super smart dog and know lots of commands. My favorite things are belly rubs and spending time with my family. I could lie down all night getting all the love and attention. I love my humans, and love being part of a family. Because I am still learning all things, I would do better in a home with older kids, little ones I might knock over. I do okay with submissive dogs but do great as an only dog. I do have some prey drive, therefore a home with no cats. ! I am housebroken, crate trained (sleep all night in there), neutered, microchipped, and up to date on my vaccines. I am ready to go, how about you? “How is it possible that out of all the dogs in the world, the best ones are rescues?” – Anonymous

Story
Hi, I’m Binx and I’m the happiest 3-year-old husky you’ll ever meet! Famous for my wide, mega-watt smile, I also make my foster mom and everyone I meet smile. If YOU look at all of my photos, you’ll soon be smiling too. I LOVE my foster family, spending as much time with them as I can while they tell me about their day. I also love coming up to them and putting my paws up in the air for hugs. They’ve affectionately dubbed me their “hugger teddy bear.” I also LOVE other dogs, running and playing with them in the backyard and burning off all of our excess husky energy. And speaking of energy, I LOVE LOVE LOVE feeling the energy of the sun’s warm rays on my face.   Extremely intelligent, eager to learn and to please, I am sometimes too smart: I know how to open and close the doors. All I need is some guidance and I’ll soon know better. With much to learn and much love to share, I promise to shine my mega-watt smile forever on the loving family that makes me theirs.   I am housebroken, microchipped, neutered, up to date on all of my shots, and at work on my crate training.

Story
My name is Ozzy, and I am around 2 years old. I have the prettiest baby blue eyes that will melt your heart. I am affectionate, easy-going, empathetic, and super sweet. I do this adorable head tilt whenever I hear a new sound, and everyone tells me I am the cutest! Foster mom says I am the cutest pup and everything I do is cute. I love going for walks. I love everyone coming to me and telling me how handsome. I love my humans and don’t have a mean bone in my body. I love spending time with them and showing them how much I love them. I do amazing with other dogs and love to chase balls and play tug. Or I can chill without a care in the world as long as I am with my humans. I am even great with cats. I am housebroken and crate trained I am neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. I am ready to find my forever home with a special family!
