Story
Meet this beautiful 8-year-old Husky mix looking for her forever home! She loves daily walks and adventures but is just as happy relaxing with her people. Sweet, affectionate, and loyal, she thrives on human companionship and would do best in a home where someone is around often. She rarely barks, but true to her Husky nature, she loves to "sing" when she's excited about mealtime or a walk. She enjoys meeting other dogs on walks and at dog parks but needs to be the only dog in the home. She is house-trained, up to date on vaccinations, recently had a dental cleaning, and does well with older children. Sometimes she can get excited and jump up to greet people, a home without small children is preferred. If you're looking for a loving companion who will keep you smiling with her sweet personality and adorable singing, she may be the perfect fit for your family.

Story
Bean is a beautiful Wooly Husky who deserves a family to play with him. Currently Bean is in the house for extended periods of time and doesn’t get to play unless he is at boarding. Bean loves to play with his ball and loves the water! Bean is housebroken (never had an accident in the house) and up to date on his vaccinations. Bean is ‘lazy’ for a Husky. He doesn’t get into things, doesn’t need full time attention and doesn’t ‘talk’ a lot. Bean loves to play with other dogs and is great with kids. Bean is not happy in my home, nor gets the attention he deserves.

Meet Spice: The Sweetest Pup in the Bakery! 🧁 Our literal "sugar and spice" puppy is almost ready to leave the kitchen! Born on May 25, 2026, little Spice is currently cooking up to perfection at The Rescue Inn. He will be ready to head to his forever home as soon as he turns 8 weeks old after July 20, 2026. 👩‍🍳 The Secret Recipe Spice is a custom blend of two incredible breeds, making him a beautiful, unique "Husky-mation": Mom: Tasha, a gentle, 40 lb red and white Alaskan Husky. Dad: A dashing, spotted Dalmatian. Estimated Adult Size: We predict Spice will bake up to a medium-sized dog. 👅 Flavor Profile & Personality True to his name, Spice adds just the right amount of zest to your life! Sweet & Spirited: He has the playful, intelligent spark of a Husky mixed with the loyal, athletic nature of a Dalmatian. Social Batch: He is currently being raised alongside his siblings and other dogs, making him well-socialized and eager to learn. Chef's Note: Because of his active heritage, Spice will need plenty of mental stimulation, puppy playtime, and daily exercise to keep him from getting into mischief! 📋 Puppy Adoption Ingredients Adopting a puppy is a lifelong commitment. To ensure Spice rises into the best dog he can be, his adoptive family should be prepared for: Puppy Training: Spice will need help learning crate training, housebreaking, and basic commands. Socialization: Continued exposure to new people, dogs, environments, and sounds is key for his development. Ready to add a little Spice to your recipe for happiness? Fill out an adoption application today to pre-approve your kitchen for this sweet boy! 🐾. Email therescueinn@gmail.com and complete here:https://therescueinn.com/adoption-application.html
