Story
This cutie is Onyx and he will be 7 years old in September. Him and I recently moved into a smaller space and I began working so those two together have taken a toll on him emotionally. I’ve been trying for two months. And was avoiding this to be an option. But he needs attention and to be surrounded with people who will actually have time to do so. A lot has changed for him and it has caused some anxiety

Story
Meet Paloma!! She came in as a stray on 6/3/26. We think she is about a year old. She is finicky about anything around her neck so you just have to take it a little slow with her. She has beautiful blue eyes. She is on the smaller side for a husky. She can be mouthy when she is wound up and playing rough. For that reason, young children are not a good match for her. This breed is not for everyone so please do your research. She is available for adoption so hurry in to meet her! Paloma is located at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH. Story
Freddy is a 3 year-old male Husky mix. Freddy came in with his brother Draco, but he is not good with other animals and will need to be the only animal in his home. He loves his toys, and his playful spirit will keep you entertained for hours! Freddy walks very well on a leash, and even better on a harness! He likes going on walks, but he will need to stop you a couple times because petting him is more important than anything else. Freddy is a very simple dog who knows what he wants in life, spray cheese, blankets, and a loving home. He isn't very photogenic, but we swear he is even cuter in person. If you don't believe us come check him out yourself! Dogs are available to meet before their adoption date. The Dog Shelter's adoption fee is $64 (cash or check). All dogs come with DHPP, Bordetella , microchipped, a 1 year rabies vaccine, heartworm checked, 40X, and a current 1 year dog license. If it is an owner surrender dog, more vaccine information may be provided. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 10AM-12:00PM and 1PM-4PM and Saturdays 10AM to 2PM. You must be present to adopt and have a current approved adoption application.
