**IF THIS LISTING IS STILL POSTED THIS DOG IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. NO NEED TO EMAIL ASKING IF THE DOG IS AVAILABLE. PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS BIO THOROUGHLY AS INFORMATION ON HOW TO APPLY IS CONTAINED IN THIS LISTING** Please read our dog bios carefully to be sure that the dog you are applying for suits your family and lifestyle. At Pound Dog Rescue, we believe in the benefits of post-adoption training for our dogs and their families. This allows for continued socialization, and learning and helps to create a well-mannered and balanced dog. Post-adoption training is a requirement in our adoption process. Hi everyone, meet the adorable Beans! This fluffy bundle of joy has been such a delight to have around, and she’s ready to find her forever family. Beans is a 2 year old husky mix, weighing in at about 45 pounds, with a gorgeous coat that’s a mix of browns and a hint of red down her back. Lately, she’s been fluffing up quite a bit, thanks to a healthy diet and the comfort of a warm, loving home. We can’t wait to see her embrace her inner husky as she continues to thrive. Beans’ life was changed forever through the help of Save a Dog Network Canada, who helped bring her from northern Manitoba into the care of Pound Dog Rescue. Thankfully, Beans was rescued fairly young and has benefitted from the care and attention of a warm and caring foster home. She is a very quick learner and deserves a home where her people will be as devoted to her as she will be to them. Beans loves her people and is constantly showering us with attention, so she ultimately deserves the same type of love back. Beans is all about attention and cuddles! She has learned to love being brushed, although at first, she thought the brush was a chew toy. As a husky mix, she is a bit of a shedder so regular baths and brushing are essential to keeping her coat looking good. When she first came into foster care, her fur was dry and brittle, but thanks to good food and a little TLC, it’s now soft and silky. She is always getting compliments on her unique and luxurious coat! It didn’t take Beans long to settle into her foster home. Within a few days, she was comfortable and familiar with her routine. She is a huge fan of toys and loves to collect them on her dog bed. Beans shares her home with two older dogs, who she adores, and she is great at respecting their space when they need a break from her puppy energy. She also gets along really well with a dog-savvy cat, never showing any aggression or prey drive. Beans would thrive in a home with a male dog, but she would also do just fine being the star of the show. She would not wish to share a home with a female dog. Beans would also do well in a home with children who are about 8 or older, who would play an active role in her training and exercise. She might test some boundaries, but once you correct her, she usually gets the message. Overall she has been a joy to train – she is food-motivated and responds well to positive reinforcement. She knows how to sit and will happily go into her crate for “naps” when asked. Although she can be a bit shy with new people, she warms up quickly and has become more confident, she can often be found napping on dog beds while we work from home. Beans might whine a little bit when she is crated (not every time), but it’s only because she wants to be near her people. She quickly settles down, but she would do best in a home where someone’s around most of the day – she is not a huge fan of being along for long stretches. While Beans did have a few accidents at first in the house while she was learning to become housebroken, that did not last very long and she caught on very quickly. She does all of her business outside and will keep going to the back door to let you know she has to go. One of the best things about Beans is how smoothly she walks on a leash. You would never guess she is new to it! The moment you grab the leash, she is at the front door, ready to roll. She is walking on a martingale for safety – she is still a bit of a flight risk while walking and we don’t want her slipping out. Though she can get distracted by squirrels on her walks, she is more of a “stop and stare” kind of girl. Sometimes she even lies down on the grass, so a little treat-fueled encouragement keeps her moving. Beans tends to zigzag at times on her walks, so we use treats to guide her to one side. Car rides are a mixed bag for Beans, she needs a boost to get in, but once she is settled, she’s a pretty calm passenger. Getting her out of the car is a different story – she is ready to leap, so she must be secured in the vehicle to remove her risk of escaping. Beans is a total stunner, constantly collecting compliments. But with her good looks, comes a bit of husky drama. She loves making funny noises, grunting, and howling, especially in the mornings when she is stretching. And don’t be surprised if she heads straight for the mud of cold dirt when you aren’t looking – encouragement to move just seems to make her roll in it more. Despite her funny little antics, when she is worn out, she is down for the count. As I’m typing this, she just wandered into my office and flopped onto the dog bed with a big grunt, just like she’s had the toughest day ever. Beans is really the whole package – a stunning dog with a personality to match. She is energetic and playful, but also a quick learner and a great companion on walks. This sweet girl is just waiting for her forever family to take her in and make her feel safe and loved for the rest of her life. Beans has really started to shine over the last few weeks and has quickly become one of the best dogs we’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. Her forever family is going to be so incredibly lucky to have her in their lives, she just wants to love you for the rest of hers. If Beans sounds like the right dog for you, please apply! **IF THIS LISTING IS STILL POSTED THIS DOG IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. NO NEED TO EMAIL ASKING IF THE DOG IS AVAILABLE. PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS BIO THOROUGHLY AS INFORMATION ON HOW TO APPLY IS CONTAINED IN THIS LISTING** Let me introduce you to Blitz! She is approximately 3 months old and a Siberian Husky, with energetic eyes and a beautiful white and black coloured coat. Blitz is going to be a medium to large sized dog and she will need lots of room to run and play. Huskies are known to be escape artists, therefore it is needed that her forever home have a 6 foot secure fence. Blitz is still a puppy and therefore still has lots of growing to do, we guess she will be on the larger end of the scale for a typical Husky size. Blitz is a very beautiful dog, she has gorgeous markings and such a stunning mask and facial features, she is an absolutely stunning dog when it comes to her appearance. Blitz immediately warms up to everyone she meets and is an absolute delight, she loves to get some snuggles and she looks for everyone to play with her. Blitz was found as a stray in a northern Indigenous community with an already healing broken leg; being so young it gave her a rough start to life but ever since she has been rescued she has flourished and will never look back. Blitz needs someone who can be a pack leader and work with her through all her years to be the best dog she can be. Blitz has quite a confident personality and therefore will require ongoing consistent training, we are preferably looking for someone with previous Husky experience. Husky’s have their own special personality, exercise needs, goofy character and we need her forever home to fully embrace everything Husky and know exactly what they will be getting!! Blitz would do well in pretty much any home situation. She is calm and quiet when she is indoors, especially after spending some time playing in the backyard with the other dogs. Sometimes when they are in the house she howls at the other dogs to try to entice them to play with her! Blitz enjoys many different forms of exercise, since she is still a puppy she has tons of puppy energy! Blitz enjoys going for quiet walks, playing in the backyard with the dogs, or even just playing tug of war or fetch with the kids or other dogs in the house. Once Blitz has had a chance to expel some of her energy, she is happy to rest at your feet or snuggle with you on the couch, we always like to say she becomes our husky slipper because if you’re anywhere for more than a minute or two when she’s tired you can guarantee she will sleep covering your feet! Blitz has been working really hard on her walks, she absolutely loves to take a stroll through town to see all the sights and to sniff all the smells! She very much has a working. “ lets go” personality and she wants to make the walk a working walk and go, go, go! Blitz has shown some interest in the wildlife and since she is still a puppy this hasn’t gotten out of hand, but her forever home will need to work diligently with this to ensure she doesn’t develop too much of a prey drive. Blitz absolutely loves being active, it isn’t until the resident dogs (and kids) all lay down that she decides she will take a nap as well! Blitz is very food motivated and therefore we think she will thrive on continued training with her new owner. Blitz is very content at being on her own, if you have to go upstairs or outside for a while she doesn’t even budge from her sleeping position. Blitz is doing really well with her housetraining, especially given that she is a puppy found as a stray. Blitz is still continuing with her housetraining which I was say is at about 75%, she poops in the backyard 99% of the time, but there are still a few pee accidents in the home. Like all puppies she needs constant supervision when not in her crate and continued praise when she goes to the bathroom outside to solidify her understanding that she needs to do her business outside. She is still a very young puppy, so housetraining will need to be a continuous training point, and her forever family should understand that a transition to a new home will also bring with it some regression with her house training. It is expected that Blitz be enrolled in an obedience and manners class to help her bond with her new family and build the foundation of training for all her years to come. That being said, we strongly suggest and will be looking for applicants for her that will take her through advanced levels of obedience as it will be so beneficial for her and her family. Training will help her family establish rules and routines in the home so that she fully understands and will help her family demonstrate confidence. Huskies are known to be difficult to train due to their stubbornness and independence therefore obedience is a must and she will not be suitable for first time dog owners. Blitz is fully crate trained and loves her bed, she goes into her bed at night and during the day if her humans are going out. Blitz is very good at going in when it’s time, just throw in a tasty treat or two and say “lets go to bed”! She is very good at settling in for the night, she usually lets out a howl or two, or whines for a minute, but then she lays down and sleeps until the morning time. Blitz has been a wonderful addition to our family while she has been with us, she is a very lovable and snuggly girl and just wants someone to love her unconditionally back. Blitz is good with other dogs and has settled in very nicely with her foster dog siblings, who are showing her the ropes of being a dog and how to listen to other dogs cues. Blitz is becoming quite a confident girl and will need to go to a home with either no dogs, or a male dog for her to play with. She will not be suitable for a home with another female dog as she has demonstrated some more dominant traits. Blitz loves to initiate playtime with the other dogs and is happy to wrestle or to chase after some toys and play tug of war! Blitz is currently being fostered in a home with a cat, she is well behaved when it comes to the cat but does need some reminders that the cat does not like to be chased or pawed at. With a dog savvy cat and consistent reminders Blitz could possibly go to a home with a cat, however her new owners should remember that Huskies are known for their high prey drive. Blitz is currently living with two teens, she absolutely adores them and loves nothing more than to play tug of war or to curl up and watch a movie! Blitz has always been gentle with the kids and has learned how to properly interact with them. We believe she could go to a home with kids aged 8+ as long as they were well versed in appropriate play with dogs and involved in her training. Anyone interested in Blitz needs to live within 1hr of Cambridge, Ont as she must be returned to our vet later on to be spayed. She will be adopted out on a contract that stipulates this and it is mandatory. This is covered in the adoption fee. We will only consider a home for Blitz where someone is home or has the capabilities to come home throughout the day. Puppies need to be taken outside for bathroom breaks very regularly when they are small and will not be able to hold it for an 8hr work day. Please keep in mind that if you work from home you need to have a plan in place for a crating schedule for the pup as puppies need 100% of your supervision when not in their crates; you cannot expect to work and have the puppy running around in the room with you as they won’t have your full attention. We are also looking for families that are fully aware of the time commitment of a puppy and the work involved. Puppies are a total joy and bring so much love and happiness into a home, but you cannot underestimate the work and time involved in raising a puppy properly. They need constant supervision while young to expedite the house training stage and to ensure they aren’t chewing on anything inappropriate. We are also looking for a family that will crate train the puppies as we fully believe that this is the best for pups and offers them a quiet and secure “den” to call their own. A crate trained pup is a blessing as it offers a safe place to put them when you can’t be watching them all the time. On a final note, Blitz got to visit our wonderful vet and she has been fully vetted for all regular vaccinations, heartworm and fecal tested, has been given her flea/tick/heartworm medication and is microchipped. Because Blitz came into rescue with an injured back leg this was looked at with our vets and they advised that the fractured leg has calloused well and not causing any concerns currently. As she is a growing puppy our vet wants to recheck the leg when she is a few months older; because of this we will be getting another x-ray done when Blitz comes in for her spay surgery. That being said, Blitz has not once shown any holding back when it comes to her leg and she uses it to it’s fullest and has no problem with wrestling with the resident dogs or keeping up for walks. Blitz has been a wonderful dog to watch flourish from being an underfed and survival mode puppy into a very confident puppy. She has a great zest for life and is always happy and wagging her tail, waiting for the next adventure. This girl has been a joy to foster and has so much love to give to her people. She wants to find her forever family with someone who will dedicate time to working with her so she can be a part of a pack. **IF THIS LISTING IS STILL POSTED THIS DOG IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. NO NEED TO EMAIL ASKING IF THE DOG IS AVAILABLE. PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS BIO THOROUGHLY AS INFORMATION ON HOW TO APPLY IS CONTAINED IN THIS LISTING** Let me introduce you to this adorable fluff ball, Venus! Venus is about 10 weeks old and she is a good old fashioned Manitoba Mix puppy! She is part Husky and part German Shepherd and potentially some other breeds mixed in as well. Venus is currently weighing at about 12 pounds, but as she continues to put on weight those big paws are starting to come through! Though it is hard to say for sure, we are guessing she will end up being a medium sized dog. Venus has beautiful long black fur, with some gorgeous brown markings on her face and chest with some also on her feet and going up her legs! Her energetic eyes look at you with so much love and admiration, with a hint of her energetic nature, Venus loves to maintain eye contact with you when you are talking or playing with her. Venus certainly is a good looking girl, and she will continue to grow into a beautiful dog, but it’s important for anyone interested in adopting Venus to understand that she will be a higher energy dog as she is already so full of beans! Venus was found all alone in Northern Manitoba hiding out in the dump near a burning fire to try to keep warm, and it was very obvious that she was starving and that it had temporarily stunted her growth. After being found, she was flown into Ontario so that Pound Dog Rescue could take her into their care, providing her with all the vet care and love she could need so that she could move on to find her forever home. Venus has been fully vetted with all the necessary vaccinations, heartworm and fecal tests, given flea/tick/heartworm preventative and has been microchipped. Being Venus is still a young puppy, we will only consider a home for her where someone is home or has the capability to come home throughout the day. Puppies need to be taken outside for bathroom breaks very regularly when they are small and will not be able to hold it for an 8 hour work day. We are also looking for a family or person that is fully aware of the time commitment of a puppy and the work involved. Puppies are a total joy and bring so much love and happiness into a home, but you cannot underestimate the work and time involved in raising a puppy properly. They need constant supervision while young to expedite the house training stage and to ensure they aren’t chewing on anything inappropriate. Venus is too little to be spayed before adoption so potential adopters must live within a reasonable distance (within an hour) of Cambridge as she must be returned to our vet at 6 months of age to be spayed (included in adoption cost). Adopters must be able to drop off the pup in the morning and pick up later that day for this surgery. Adopters will be responsible for the continuation of puppy vaccinations and all other required vet care at their veterinarian of choice. She will be adopted out on a contract enforcing the return for spay at our veterinarian. Venus is living in a very diverse home that includes humans both adult and teens, dogs that are both older and puppy, as well as a cat. Venus is a fantastic little girl and she gets along with absolutely everyone, she has never shied away from any attention and loves to play and be pet by the humans. Venus’s favourite thing to do is to play with the resident dogs, this girl will play non-stop and it seems like she has endless amounts of energy. Venus is pretty good at understanding when the older dogs no longer want to play with her, and she will move on to playing with a toy or finding someone else to play with her. If there is another dog in Venus’s forever home, they must be willing to play and be tolerant of a high energy puppy as Venus will want to play with them constantly. She will be fine in a home with a tolerant male dog, but as she is showing herself to be a confident and dominant female dog, she will not want another female dog in the home permanently. Venus is also living with a cat, and while she hasn’t had many interactions with her, the few that she has had have gone extremely well. She has always been very respectful of her and does not give chase, continual proper introductions with a dog savvy cat would be needed if there is a cat in her forever home. Venus is a very confident little girl who definitely has big dog personality, she has no problem with walking up to the other dogs and trying to initiate play, or to try to take a toy away. Venus will not be a shy submissive dog, she will definitely be a strong willed girl and will be a leader in her forever home. Puppy classes followed immediately by a level one or basic obedience is an absolute must and is also a requirement of the contract. Training classes are so very important to making sure that you have a well-rounded and socialized dog who is able to listen with distractions, as well as understand the rules that are laid out for her. Anyone wishing to adopt Venus should expect to take her on to advanced levels of obedience to help her become the best girl she can be throughout her years. Venus has been working on her walking skills and it’s safe to say that this girl loves to go on her outdoor adventures! She has never once shied away from her leash and from the adventure that the outdoors bring. She will very eagerly run beside you (I say run because she needs to take about 10 steps for every 1-2 of ours!), but she bounds so excitedly through the neighborhood. Venus is actively being crate trained and she is doing an awesome job, this girl sure does love her crate as she knows it’s her place to be fed, as well as her place where she can just sit and relax and have a nice good snooze. Venus will run right into her crate for meals, as well as for bedtime and when we need to leave for the day, especially if you throw a good tasty treat in for her! She is a very quiet girl when she is in her crate, and only lets out a few short barks once she knows your home and is excited to get out, otherwise she will be a very quiet girl for her entire time in the crate. Venus is doing really well with her housetraining, especially given that she is a puppy found as a stray. Venus is still continuing with her housetraining which I was say is at about 75%, she poops in the backyard 99% of the time, but there are still a few pee accidents in the home. Continuing to praise her when she goes to the bathroom outside will certainly solidify her understanding that she needs to do her business outside. She is still a very young puppy, so housetraining will need to be a continuous training point, and her forever family should understand that a transition to a new home will also bring with it some regression with her house training. These breeds are very high energy and it’s very important for Venus’s forever family to understand that she will require many long walks a day (eventually), plus some extra playtime in the backyard with her family just to get the basic requirements for her energy level. She will require lots of both physical and mental stimulation to keep her a happy girl indoors where she doesn’t become destructive. This is where ongoing advanced levels of obedience will really help. Venus would love a forever home with another young playful male dog for her to run around and wrestle with, who will also want to snuggle with her on the pet bed! Venus would also do well as an only dog as long as her family is committed to her physical and mental well-being and giving her plenty of exercise and training. Venus is looking for an active forever family who is already spending time outdoors hiking, walking or exploring who are looking for a new member for their family. Venus would do well in most homes, but she would love to have a fenced in backyard of her own for her to run around and explore in, keep in mind that Huskies are notorious for being diggers and for trying to escape so make sure that you have a tall fence and are okay with some random landscape changes! Venus would do well in a home with kids who are ages 8+ and who are well versed in proper dog play and who participate actively in her training. Is Venus the dog that you’ve been looking for? **IF THIS LISTING IS STILL POSTED THIS DOG IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. NO NEED TO EMAIL ASKING IF THE DOG IS AVAILABLE. PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS BIO THOROUGHLY AS INFORMATION ON HOW TO APPLY IS CONTAINED IN THIS LISTING** If you are looking for an already well-mannered and well behaved dog, we would like to introduce you to this amazing 1yr old Husky X named Meadow! Meadow was rescued by our friends at Save a Dog Network Canada from Northern Manitoba and came to us for her chance at a loving forever home. Meadow has the typical Husky markings with some light spotted markings from midway and back on the sides of her body that look almost like leopard markings but her size/frame is very petite. She weighs 45lbs and is about full grown size. She has the sweetest little face and what we call very dainty features! Meadow currently has patchy, thin fur due to poor nutrition and tough living in her past life, but it will grow to be the full and soft fur of the Husky breed in time now that she is on quality food. Meadow’s ears are the fluffiest part of her, they are brown on the back, and tend to be always up and on alert. She has big golden eyebrows that are just the cutest. Since Meadow came to us she has already learned how to sit, shake a paw, lay down and she will even sit and do pretty paws for a treat! We are working on a few more tricks to put in her travel bag for her forever home. Meadow is amazingly smart and eager to learn, she has a great attention span when trying to teach her new things when treats are involved. But when it comes to her sense of tracking, forget it LOL, her listening skills are gone, she is on the hunt for whatever she smells or sees especially squirrels/rabbits or small rodents whether they are on the ground or in a tree! She has a high prey drive. We are assuming this is how she survived and fed herself while she was running alone in Manitoba, so it is still embedded in her. Hopefully with time and training she will realize that her food doesn’t come from the sky or ground. Her listening skills are not so good when she is tracking, so she will definitely need some consistent training with her recall. She cannot be trusted off leash outside of a secure fenced area. She will sit at the fence and look up at the trees for what seems like forever just content in her own happy little world. But when her nose is to the ground in a fenced yard and she gets the scent of something she is like PacMan racing to get those dots, and will just go and go and go from one corner to another searching for whatever it is she smells. It’s actually quite entertaining to watch. Meadow will greatly benefit from obedience training to help build and refine her commands and leash manners. It’s also an excellent way to strengthen the bond between you and her. Meadow will zone in and pull slightly on the leash when she sees a squirrel but you can easily get her to move forward with a pop of the leash and keep walking without it being too much of a struggle. She has yet to try to chase any squirrels up the trees so we feel this is a good sign of how well she does walk on the leash! The one and only time that Meadow did any kind of forceful pulling was when we saw a cat on a walk, she desperately wanted to see what it was!!! She is not cat tested, and with her strong prey drive, her ideal home should be cat, and other small animal, free. Considering she has never been leashed and walked before Meadow does absolutely amazing on walks and is loving her outdoor adventures and being able to sniff everything. She doesn’t pull much at all and walks well with our other two dogs. She doesn’t bother much with other people or dogs on walks but will happily greet them if you let her. She does not lack confidence on walks. She has met many other dogs on our walks without any issue or signs of aggression or reactivity. She is a little wary of strangers at first, but doesn’t take long to warm up. Meadow is definitely food motivated and knows the sound of our treat container now. She’ll sit with her foster siblings every time they come inside to receive their treats after doing their business. She eats twice daily (morning and evening). She is currently getting a fish oil (omega 3) supplement with meals which has seemed to have helped her skin and coat immensely , she does not appear to have any food sensitivities. Upon her first arrival she showed some resource guarding with food, but not toys. This has improved significantly, and only occasionally will still guard food. She needs to be feed separately if you have another dog in your home. She now gets fed in front of her crate with the door open, She is not a fast eater, and will lay down to eat most times. She takes treats very gently without snapping or grabbing at your hand. Meadow would do well in a home with a nice natured male dog but would like to be the only female dog in the home. She will also do well being the only dog and getting all of the attention for herself. Meadow is fully house trained and has had NO accidents from the day she came into our home. She sits at the back door and we let her out or occasionally she might paw at the door. Meadow is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night quietly with absolutely no issues. She will sleep from whatever time you put her in until the time you wake up, and sometimes won’t come out right away when you open the door in the morning until she does her morning stretches. During the day we’ll crate her when we leave and occasionally just for some quiet time for a few hours, we’ll put her kong and some treats in with her. Sometimes she will protest a little bit for her daytime crating but will settle after a few minutes. She will often just go into her crate on her own for an afternoon nap with the door open. Meadow LOVES toys, especially anything that squeaks, bones, balls and ropes. Basically anything you want to give her! Meadow can quite easily entertain herself with toys for a long time as well. We’ve given her the interactive games to solve and she loves those as well but she’s definitely passed level 2 and should be challenged more. Meadow is super smart and she is fun to watch trying to solve these puzzle games without destroying them! She can be rough with softer plush toys, and should be supervised when playing with them. Meadow loves chasing balls in the backyard and brings them back to you most times so you can throw it again. We use the word “drop it” so she will release the ball to us (this is also a work in progress). It’s been a good way for her to burn off some excess energy at times even after her walks. When Meadow gets the zoomies, she is fast, athletic, agile, and graceful. So much fun to watch. Meadow has become extremely comfortable in our home and is just one of the pack with our other 2 dogs. She does almost everything our other dogs do but is a little bit more well mannered and gentler! She really is a great dog and some family is going to be very lucky to have her. She loves to sit at our front window and watch the world (squirrels) go by without making a sound, she’s super content to observe things and the world around her. We’ve only heard her bark a handful of times since she arrived. She can stand at our fence and listen to the dogs of our surrounding neighbors barking at her and not bark back. Meadow does have a couple habits that I’m sure will pass over time or with the required training she will need, like, Meadow sometimes likes to poke her nose at you, or mouth at your hand mostly when she wants to play. We feel a family with children over 8 would be best suited for Meadow. She has not been around a lot of young children while with us, only preteens. Meadow has a tendency to steal shoes/slippers and sometimes laundry from underneath your nose and take it to another room to play. She has not destroyed anything in our home at the time of this writing. Meadow is like most dogs when it comes to dinner time and she smells the human food but she does not beg while you are eating at the table. She will lay on the kitchen floor while you are preparing it and be a tripping hazard so beware. If you are chopping veggies of any sort don’t bother trying to give any to Meadow as her palette will have none of it, but she’ll take it from you and go play with it. Meadow does like to nap on the couch or her dog bed, sometimes she is half on the dog bed and half off but she gave it some effort to make it all the way on. If she lays on the couch with you she will lay beside you to get pets and belly rubs but she’s not a huge couch snuggler. She will roll on to her back with ease for lots of the belly rubs if you are willing to give them to her. Meadow has not had any separation anxiety as long as she’s been with us. She has become comfortable enough to know we will return and she doesn’t have to follow us around from room to room. Story
Neepen | Female | 11 Weeks | Husky Mix| Dogs: Yes | Cats: Yes | Kids: Yes Meet Neepen! Nephews found as a stray in a remote northern community. She came to southern Ontario to find her forever home! Neepen is a typical husky mix gal! She’s got a lot of energy and curiosity to do all the things! Neepen would love a big backyard or an active person to get her energy out. Neepen is very playful with the other dogs in her foster home and gets along well with the cat as well! She loves to play with any and all toys she can get her little paws on! Squishy, bouncy, or squeaky, they are all the best things in the world! Neepen is working hard at her housebreaking and will even whine at the door to go out! Continued consistency and she should be potty trained in no time! Although they may be cute, puppies are a lot of work! Puppies need families that are home often to continue working on their house training and socialization. Their adoptive family must be committed to registering them for obedience classes. Neepen is current on age appropriate vaccines and is microchipped. She is being fostered in Woodstock, ON. 📌 Apply to Adopt! ⬇️⬇️⬇️ https://forms.gle/rJ9kmorUvtBaeQAE6

She is eager to learn and should be easy to train. Pebbles is fearless when it comes to many things… she loves to explore, that includes climbing and jumping and running all over the place.
