Story
Look who made it to Saving Grace? Steppenwolf! This bouncy little heartthrob is ready to rock your world with his irresistible mix of playfulness and snuggles. True to his name, Steppenwolf will jump straight into your arms for a cuddle, hop down for a quick play session, then circle back for more love—on repeat. His tail is always wagging, his whole body wiggles with joy, and his stunning tri-color coat makes him stand out wherever he goes. Just under 1 year old and about 20 lbs, this lab retriever mix still has some growing and lots of learning to do, but he’s eager, affectionate, and oh-so-ready for someone to show him the ropes. If you’re looking for a happy companion who loves equally to snuggle and to play, Steppenwolf is your guy! *Sleepover feedback: "He is one of the friendliest dogs I’ve ever met. Every single human is immediately his best friend. He is also very playful with other dogs. On walks, he is very observant and curious with new smells and noises. Even though he is young, he did not mess the house once. He figured out very quickly where he was supposed to go potty, and was very efficient when outside. He is a very loving, playful dog".

Story
If you're looking to add some sparkle to your world, come meet this girl. Fizz is a young Labrador/Retriever mix weighing in at 31 lbs, with a little more growing to do. Her sleek jet-black coat and bright white chest make her as striking as she is sweet. This gentle girl is still learning to navigate the big, sometimes scary world, but her gentle and curious spirit shines through. Though a bit timid at first, Fizz’s heart is wide open—she’ll roll over for a belly rub the moment she feels a gentle touch, showing her readiness to trust and love. Fizz enjoys spending time with her dog friends in her playgroup and is quiet and well-behaved in her crate. With patience, kindness, and a loving home, she’ll blossom into the loyal and affectionate companion she’s meant to be. If you’re ready to show Fizz that the world is a safe and happy place, she’s ready to fill your heart with love. Weekend Host Feedback: "Fizz got along well with our 2-year-old golden retriever. They took a lot of naps next to each other and they liked playing with toys together. We have cats but she didn’t interact with them because they were in a different room. She also got along great with kids because she was really gentle. She was great walking on the leash. She was really well behaved in the car. She would sit or lay down and she didn’t bark at all. The first night, she was nervous and went to the bathroom in the crate but after that she adjusted and would use the bathroom outside. Fizz was a really sweet dog and loved cuddling with us and she liked taking naps as well with our golden retriever. She played well with the golden retriever and they played with toys a lot. She was also very good on walks and she didn’t get distracted. She was nervous the first night but after that she got more confident."
