Story
Jude is a 31 lb lab/retriever mix puppy with a heart as golden as his gorgeous tan coat. With his bright white chest, a sprinkle of white on his head, and the cutest little “white socks” he proudly shows off while romping around, Jude is equal parts handsome and charming. This playful pup loves stretching his legs outside at Saving Grace, where he happily makes new doggo friends and explores the world around him. Whether he’s chasing a ball or bouncing through the yard, Jude brings joyful puppy energy wherever he goes. But don’t let his playful side fool you — he’s just as eager to soak up attention from his human friends. Jude is a champion snuggler and will gladly trade playtime for belly rubs and cuddles. He settles nicely in his crate and is learning all the good-boy basics. With a little training, patience, and lots of love, Jude will blossom into a loyal, devoted companion. He’s ready to grow up alongside his forever family and can’t wait to find the people who will call him their own.

Story
Looking for a true stunner? Meet Ryan Ryan is a Terrier/Pitt mix with an absolutely awesome reddish coat and cool white markings that turn heads wherever he goes. This 53-lb adult guy is confident even with all the hustle and bustle at Saving Grace—nothing rattles this handsome fella. He’s affectionate, people-loving, and very much the type who likes to know exactly what’s going on at all times (supervisor energy, for sure). If you want a smart, confident companion who’ll keep you company, keep tabs on the action, and happily soak up your love, Ryan is ready to step into the spotlight as your new best friend. Sleepover Host Feedback: "Ryan was the absolute sweetest boy and I couldn’t have asked for a better dog to host for the weekend. He adjusted super well to being in a new environment, with me and my dog. He was great with my dog and they got along extremely well. Only had a few accidents in the house, chalking up to new environment and the cold weather. There is no doubt in my mind that he would adjust quickly in his forever home and with a routine schedule. When we went for walks, he was a little skittish at any noises, but as the weekend went on he gradually got more comfortable. The crate is definitely his safe space and he would curl up in there to relax. Overall, Ryan is the most gentle giant who just wants all the love. If you want the best cuddler, with the most love, and the warmest eyes, than Ryan is for you! " Latest Sleepover Feedback: "We have done a handful of weekend hosts over the last few years. We’ve had some great dogs and puppies. But Ryan, this boy is the best!!! Such a sweet boy. Super friendly. LOVES to snuggle. And respected our dogs and their space. Unfortunately, our younger dog (4yrs) is hard to please with new dogs and she lets them know it. Ryan caught on quickly, never pushed anything when it came to her or her space. All dogs ran around in the backyard and played well outside together. Even with the snow, we were able to go for a few walks and Ryan did so well. He walks well on a leash. He slept through the night in his crate and didn’t have one accident in the house. He was actually great about sitting next to our side door to let us know when he needed to go out. I seriously can’t say enough great things about him. If one of our dogs wasn’t so selective of others, I would adopt him in a heartbeat. He’s the best boy." Recent Host Feedback: "Ryan was just a sweetheart, he got along well with our dog and wasn’t too crazy with him. We could see that he likes to be around humans and kids (maybe a little more than dogs but does great with all). He was such a big snuggle bug and loved sleeping right next to us especially my daughter. He does great on leash, knows basic commands such as sitt and no. We loved having him and know he will find a loving family who loves walks but also chilling on the couch watching tv."

Story
Nessie, otherwise known as the Lochness lover, is not a mythical creature. She is all real, all dog, all lab mix (you see that stunning coat?) and all sweetness and adoration looking for her peeps to share that with! Nessie is an adult who weighs about 41 lbs full grown. A marshmallow at heart, Nessie has to admit that she is much more likely to roll over for a belly rub than pretty much anything else in life. Nessie adores people and it's hard not to adore her back. This lady needs a little bit of time to build some confidence but no time is needed to experience her love of all things human. She does well with other dogs but isn't one to need others and does not prefer raucous play or shenannigans. She is much more likely to be found socializing with the two legged folks at the farm. Nessie would settle into most homes (tho she admits that she does not love cats) as she is quiet and has a nice medium energy level. She is working on leash walking skills, as again, she is much more prone to the roll-over-rub-my-belly move than anything else. This is one you should not miss meeting. *Sleepover feedback: "Nessie was such a sweet girl. She wagged her tail whenever anyone walked by and immediately rolled over for a belly rub. She did a good job eating and only used the bathroom outside. We have an 8 year old miniature poodle named Charlie, and she was very sweet with him. She loved watching him play fetch with my dad from the comfort of her bed. She has such kind eyes and makes an adorable little sighing sound when someone gives her a good scratch behind the ears".

Story
Meet Keisha, a dream puppy! This stunning chocolate Lab Retriever mix with beautiful white markings is under a year old, weighs about 23 pounds, and has lots of growing left to do. Keisha is a happy, goofy girl who brings smiles wherever she goes. She’s ready for a family who’s excited to teach her everything and guide her through all the fun and learning that puppyhood brings. With her joyful personality and sweet nature, Keisha is the kind of pup who will turn everyday moments into tail-wagging adventures. If you’re looking for a lovable, laugh-inducing companion, Keisha is ready to be your girl! Weekend Host Feedback: "Keisha is an absolute ray of sunshine! She is incredibly sweet and affectionate, always looking for a s nuggle or a playmate. She’s already a pro at car rides and, with just a little bit of encouragement, she settled right into her crate for a peaceful night’s sleep. We are still practicing our leash manners and potty training, but her eager-to-please personality makes training a joy. She’s going to be a wonderful companion!" Recent Host Feedback: "What a sweet, sweet girl who was happiest when snuggled up with you. She was a true puppy who loved to play with toys and would exhaust herself within a short period of time and was then ready for a long nap. Although the crate was available to her throughout the day and night, she would prefer to be next to you at all times and was an excellent sleeper! She was not a fan of taking a walk yet with the single digit wind chills and cold temperatures. I would rather be inside as well. She is still working on her puppy potty training yet despite being timid on the leash when outside she did her business! She loved everyone she met and greeted them with lots of kisses!"

We have an O-R-E-O in the house...well not really but that coat is about a scrumptious as one! Velcro is an adult lab/retriever mix who weighs about 51 bs now and mixed black, white and speckles better than the cookie itself. Velcro is a young man with oats to sow as he LOVES to run, play and be active. He finds friends in any dogs who wants to romp in the yard with him and adores the pets and attentions of volunteers. Velcro would do well in a home that is active and he has been game for anything since arriving so ready yourself for an outgoing and social boy. Velcro is ready to come home and stick...with you.

Story
Quiet, stately, stunning and a lady....Iris who is pretty as any flower you will find, will be a gift to those who can see the beauty in this brindle perfectly marked lab/terrier mix adult who weighs about 56 lbs full grown. Iris has had kids, she has raised kids and she is ready for a life in the lap of luxury she deserves and giving her that will pay off tenfold for her future family. Iris is ALL about the belly rubs...her language of love, her currency, whatever you want to call it, she is in it to win it in living a life full of those and lots of time with you. Iris does well with other dogs but her eyes, those gorgeous eyes, are only for people. She would prefer a calm and easy going dog, like herself, if there is one in the house as she is no drama and all "let's just chill and watch soap operas" instead. A gem in her crate and never demanding, Iris is ready to move into your home and your heart. *Sleepover feedback: "I am so grateful to have spent a snowy weekend with this amazingly smart little girl. Iris is a great listener, has fabulous house manners, and is lovely on walks. Iris is so sweet and loving. This little girl has so much love to give". ❤️
