Story
We got Murphy when he was just a puppy from a local breeder in Oregon. He is sweet, lazy, snuggly, loves to go on walks, loves to sun bathe. I was only 15 when I got him and he has been through a lot of big life events with me. He has been through 3 different moves across the country and lived in various households while I was attending school. Murphy is 9 and will be turning 10 in June. I do not want to rehome Murphy...he is the sweetest most loving snuggly dog ever. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I are both pilots and our jobs are anything but sable and routine. Murphy deals with severe separation anxiety and we feel as if we have tried everything. Without schedule and a routine, dogs with separation anxiety typically never will recover and or feel secure. I want Murphys senior years to be spent in a loving home with a routine schedule. He is going to need someone who has the time and patience to train him to be secure. His separation anxiety is extreme and will take work.

Story
Oakley is an amazing dog! Smart, loving, friendly! I recently moved from 2.5 acres to a small lot with a very small side yard and my work schedule skyrocketed while also being a single mom. He needs space to run! He has so much energy and he’s amazing at not showing it when he’s cooped up inside most days. We get out walking as often as possible but it’s not enough. His quality of life is not where it should be! I want him to be able to run and enjoy his freedom. He’s such a great dog, I’ve spent as much time as I can trying to make it work but he deserves more! He loves kids and sleeps in bed with me or my daughters (5 and 8) and gets along really great with all dogs! He’s curious about cats but hasn’t interacted much with them. Please message me with any questions!

Story
Hi, I’m Molli! I’m a 6-year-old, 56-pound doodle mix with a heart as fluffy as my fur—and I’m on the lookout for my forever people. I may have a touch of golden retriever in me (and yes, I do shed a bit), but what really matters is this: I’m 100% pure love. Let’s get something straight right away: I. Love. People. Big people, small people, people with snacks, people without. If you’re home a lot and looking for a four-legged shadow who will follow you room to room, I’m your girl. I give excellent hugs, and I’ll gently plop a toy in your lap when I think we could use a little more fun (which is often). I’ve also recently discovered that bug-chasing is a valid sport, and I take it very seriously. I’m a cuddle bug at heart, but I also love a good outdoor adventure. I walk nicely on leash—though I may need a gentle reminder when my nose catches something exciting—and I’d thrive with a fenced yard or someone committed to keeping me safely leashed. I don’t want to miss a single sniff. At home, I’m house-trained and crate-trained, with zero accidents during my stay with my foster family. I sleep quietly in my crate all night (but hey, when the sun comes up, I’m ready to start the day!). I’ll go into my crate during the day too, but I do get a little sad when left alone. I might bark or whine at first, but I usually settle after a bit. I’m working on it—I promise. I already know some commands like Sit, Lay Down, Stay (ish), Crate, Break, and Leave It (though I sometimes pretend not to hear that one if it conflicts with my plans). I’m very motivated by love and touch, and I do best with people who understand that I need a little extra reassurance sometimes. I’m currently taking Prozac to help with anxiety, and it’s helping me feel more balanced. (Trazodone didn’t work well for me—it made my mouth dry and swallowing tricky.) I’m great with other dogs as long as they’re friendly, and I’ve been especially gentle with my tiny senior foster sibling. I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure how I’d do with them. With kids and adults alike, I’m all sweetness and snuggles. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who loves deeply, snuggles hard, and will bring a little joyful chaos (and maybe the occasional bug hunt) to your life, I’d love to meet you. With love and tail wags, Molli
