Story
Porter is looking for a new home ! Hey everybody, my name is Porter. I am a 48-pound, 7-year-old Labradoodle with a lot of energy and plenty of love to give! I am in search of a home with active owners who can take me on fun walks and hikes, and I love to play fetch in the backyard. I am crate trained, have lived with two other dogs for the past 3 years, and thrive with consistent exercise and plenty of cuddles on the couch as well. My favorite treats are peanut butter and bananas, and I follow my people around like a shadow.

Story
What you see is what you get here, and what you get is a gorgeous boy with the perfect side of goofy! His name is Jet Jethro, his friends call him Jetty, and he will pull you in with those soulful eyes, then immediately show you his goofy side and it is basically a 1-2 combo that never fails. Before you read too far, take a moment to watch Jet’s video and see his personality come through on screen, then come back to get to know him a bit more. 👉 https://youtu.be/Oh23nil74BQ Estimated to be around 2 years old and weighing about 65 pounds, Jet is a striking guy. We don’t have a clue what his breed is (or his birthday) given he is a rescue, but we’re putting our money on some kind of boutique doodle/ lab/ setter mix. You can decide for yourself. The fur, the strong face, the long lines, whatever he is, I am in love. The cherry on top is that very honest sparkle of joy you can see in his eyes the moment you meet him. Jet is affectionate to his core and absolutely people-oriented. He knows no strangers and treats every new human like a long-lost friend he is beyond thrilled to see. When meeting people, he leans in hard, hands out kisses freely, and will roll onto his back at the first sign of a belly rub possibility. The invitation to love stands with Jet. If there’s a room full of people, Jet will politely rotate through them all, making sure no one feels left out. He settles nicely indoors, but if there’s movement nearby, he’s up and ready to see if he can help or if by chance, affection is being handed out. On leash, Jet is still practicing containing all that joy. In other words, his leash skills are a work in progress. He’s happy and curious, and just gets mixed up in where he wants to be going, from lovingly by your side to leader of the adventure. He responds so well to guidance and he is a fast learner, but will need consistent practice and a dog-savvy person willing to help him keep his rhythm. Once that clicks, he is a dream adventure buddy. Dog-wise, Jet did wonderfully. He meets other dogs politely on leash and hasn’t shown any pulling or frustration. Once leashes are dropped, he roams calmly with the group, coexisting easily. He hasn’t shown us a particularly playful side yet, but we can see that changing once he settles into the rhythm and makes a connection with a playful friend. Jet would do well with a medium-energy dog companion who enjoys some movement and play but won’t overwhelm him in an attempt to get him to play. Jet is a no-cat guy. His interest when he met our house cat was a bit too strong, and given his size, if he were to chase a house cat, he would cause some chaos. Jet will do best with an active person or household that enjoys movement, visitors, and connection. A busy home with people coming and going would suit him beautifully. Apartment living could be a possibility for the right adopter committed to daily exercise, continued leash training, and mental enrichment. More than anything, Jet needs someone who understands young, goofy dogs and can help him learn all about the big-wide world. Sweet, affectionate, and charmingly goofy, Jet is the kind of dog who will happily join you on any outing, soak up attention wherever he goes, and make you and yours laugh daily. With you by his side, this boy is going to shine even brighter than he already does. Ready to welcome a whole lot of fun into your life? Story
We got Murphy when he was just a puppy from a local breeder in Oregon. He is sweet, lazy, snuggly, loves to go on walks, loves to sun bathe. I was only 15 when I got him and he has been through a lot of big life events with me. He has been through 3 different moves across the country and lived in various households while I was attending school. Murphy is 9 and will be turning 10 in June. I do not want to rehome Murphy...he is the sweetest most loving snuggly dog ever. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I are both pilots and our jobs are anything but sable and routine. Murphy deals with severe separation anxiety and we feel as if we have tried everything. Without schedule and a routine, dogs with separation anxiety typically never will recover and or feel secure. I want Murphys senior years to be spent in a loving home with a routine schedule. He is going to need someone who has the time and patience to train him to be secure. His separation anxiety is extreme and will take work.

Story
Bubbles is AMAZING! He loves his people, is an expert snuggler, is a DREAM on the leash, AND can be groomed with clippers by novices without restraint?! Ok, ok, so he isn’t perfect. It would not be fair to the rest of the dogs if he were. His flaws: He loves his people. And hates being kennelled away from them. Also, he’s got a minor incontinence issue, where he dribbles a bit of urine sometimes. He is otherwise house-trained and doesn’t mind wearing his belly bands. In December 2025, Bubbles suffered a back injury and developed some issues related to it, but has been healing well at POOCH. We cannot guarantee that this urine dribbling will be a symptom that goes away, so we figured it would be best to assume it will be a chronic concern. As he is now past injury restrictions and still has a few moments of dribbling, we believe this is something he will have for the length of his life. We also recommend that care be taken to prevent future injury (use stairs for the couch, avoid large jumps, and support with lifting when needed). His dribbling urine is more frequent after he has been holding his bladder. Beyond that, he is an excellent little guy. He rides well in the car and loves to be your co-pilot. We have taken him with us on a few errands, and he is happy to ride shotgun and enjoy the breeze. He sits politely while we groom him, and we are most definitely novices. He prefers clippers to scissors (what man doesn’t have his preferences), but allows everywhere to be clipped, including his head, ears, and muzzle. He has been around many other dogs and can play or just hang out politely. He is a vocal player, both with other dogs and when he is entertaining himself.
