She’s gentle, affectionate, and adores cuddles on the couch, calm spaces, and kind words. Great with babies and kids, potty/crate trained, food-motivated, and loves short walks. She even has the cutest tricks, she’ll even say prayers; before eating and can say Amen and Hallelujah! Recently diagnosed with Grade 3 Patellar Luxation in her hind legs- her kneecaps can slip, but she walks normally and living happily now. She thrives in a low-energy home where she can relax, be adored, and give endless love in return. Comes with transferable Banfield Wellness Plan + Trupanion coverage. If you want a gentle soul who will melt into your life, Posey is ready to meet you!

Story
Meet Daisy, our 9-year-old black Labrador Retriever. She’s a gentle, and at times anxious, soul with a huge heart and a love for the simple things—snuggling with her humans, playing fetch or chasing bubbles, going for car rides, and going for a swim. She’s low energy most of the time, happy to just be near the people she loves. She is known to be a really great couch cuddler. She does well home alone during the work day. We’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to rehome Daisy as she has not adjusted well to having our toddler. For everyone’s safety and Daisy’s well-being, we believe she would thrive in a calm, child-free home. Older children (around 10, give or take) who understand dog boundaries would be fine. Daisy would do best as the only dog in the home, as she is reactive towards other dogs, but she is perfectly fine with cats. She struggles with leash walking, so a home with a fenced yard is ideal for her exercise needs. She is truly a sweet and loyal companion.
