Story
My thirteen year old granddaughter found this stray dog in the very small town that we had just moved to this summer. She convinced her Grandpa to let us adopt him. We took him to the vet, got his shots, got him all cleaned up. I just paid two thousand dollars in october to have him trained, and now I can't keep him. 💔 My granddaughter lives in chicago, so she was just gonna come visit him whenever she could, but I am now in the middle of a divorce, & I have to move, and I can't;t take him with me. We named him scrappy because everyone in town told us that he had been roaming free for almost a year.So we thought he was pretty scrappy, to be alive still! He is a very sweet natured dog. He loves to play and run & snuggle. His favorite thing to do is play a catch with the ball. He is a big goofball that will make you laugh!

Story
Meet Norm, a goofy and lovable black Lab mix with big floppy ears and white sugar toes that make him stand out from the crowd. He’s full of life, always ready to play, and especially loves his ball—he could chase it all day long. Norm is crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, sits for treats, and has great recall when you call his name. He’s good with other dogs and currently lives with two 50-pound foster buddies, as well as a gentle 4-year-old child. Norm is affectionate, playful, and eager to please, but like many young dogs, he has a little resource guarding around his favorite toys or treats. With patient guidance and consistency, that’s easily managed. After a day of playing and running, Norm is content to relax by your side and soak up attention. Norm is a wonderful mix of silly energy and sweet companionship. He’s ready to bring joy, loyalty, and laughter to his forever home. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link.
