Story
Shy is a good girl and is ready for a loving forever home. She has spent most of her life in a kennel but with the proper training will be a wonderful dog. She loves licking and nibbling on your fingers when she is being fed and watered and enjoys her treats. She wags her tail when she is eating and is ok with other dogs but I do believe her to be a dominant female. She does have those Lab instincts in her and will go after chickens and other small animals. She is good with adults and kids yet is very excitable at this time since she is a kid herself. She is a big girl but has a great spirit. Please help her live a full life with love and kisses every day.

Story
My dogs name is Nashoba. I love him very much, and I hate to rehome him, but I just do not have the time any longer to train more and talk for walks. He is a purebred we purchased him from some breeders here locally and I have all of his papers. Nashoba is very active and likes to run. We live in a neighborhood so he does not get a lot of time to do that. I wish for him to be on a farm somewhere where there’s a lot of land for him to run around, he needs a job.

Story
Meet Luna, a 2-year-old Retriever, Labrador/Mix.?? She's the perfect companion for an active family who enjoys outdoor adventures and plenty of playtime."Luna is a very loving, playful, and friendly and gentle with my wife and I and our teenage kids. She absolutely loves to play fetch with her tennis balls or ropes," Luna's previous owner said. This sweet pup adores playing fetch and splashing around in water, making her the ultimate playmate for those sunny days at the park or by the river. Luna's friendly nature also makes her a wonderful companion for families with teenagers, as she thrives on love and attention.Luna has been housebroken and is comfortable both indoors and outdoors. However, it's important to note that Luna doesn't do well with small animals and cats.If you're searching for a loving, playful, and loyal companion to join your family, then Luna might just be the perfect match for you. Luna will need an indoor home and a secure containment area to stay safe from wandering and escaping. Positive reinforcement, fear-free training will be needed. Daily exercise and mental enrichment will be very important. Luna will need a home with no cats and no small animals. If you have other dogs in your home, we would be happy to arrange a meet and greet with your dog(s) to make sure everyone gets along. We also think Luna would do best with children that are 6 years and older. Luna is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed, and ready to go home today. The shelter is currently open by appointment only. Fill out an application to schedule an appointment today!
