HI - I'M SWEET THELMA! A 1-1/2-year-old small lab mix in need of a foster or forever home. I weigh only 48 lbs! I was rescued from a crowded California in the nick of time, where I was kenneled with other dogs. I'm great with dogs and a lovebug with people. I'm still a bit of a puppy and am learning how to walk well on a leash, not jump up on people and sit for treats. I would love a wonderful home where I can be loved and taken for walks, hikes and other outings. I'd do best in a home with a single person, a couple or a family with older kids (over 8). HI - I'M MACY! I'm a sweet and happy 6-year-old chocolate-and-white Labrador-Pit, mix, possibly with some Aussie thrown in. I have been waiting for two years for a home and am wondering why nobody wants me? I was rescued from a high-kill shelter where I had kennel mates! Now that I'm out, I like some dogs better than others, but would do best either as an only dog or possibly with a friendly male. I'm still very active, and so would love to be with a person or people who go for walks, hikes or other outings. I love the water and car rides and am a happy girl. I weigh about 50 lbs. MEET HOLT! Holt is a 2-year-old Black Lab mix in need of a foster or forever home. He is a good, happy boy who is full of life, and still a puppy at heart. He is dog friendly, people friendly and affectionate! He is loyal, gentle and smart! While he loves companionship, he also can be independent and dignified. Holt needs an active person or people as he's quite athletic and will benefit from regular exercise, like walks, hikes or runs. He pulls a bit on a leash but is easily corrected. MEET BENJI, a gorgeous purebred silver Lab in need of a new forever home. He is being given up by his owners because they no longer have enough time for him, and they asked our rescue to help. Benji was originally adopted in Ohio, but then his owner moved to the Portland area and things changed for poor Benji, who isn't getting enough stimulation. He is 5 years old and has spent a lot of his time outside. He's a happy boy, eager to learn and he loves people. He also loves car rides! Benji is a bit of an escape artist when he gets bored, so needs someone who will get him the exercise and time he needs. Please help Benji find a new home, and email for an application. Thank you.
