Story
Daca is a chill, sweet, smart and friendly AKC registered Lab. She does tricks and opens doors with horizontal handles! I’ve had two litters with her and she was a wonderful mom. Unfortunately, I have too many dogs and must scale down. She is the first dog I bought, and is the matriarch. In other words, the alpha, so she really should be the only dog or if there are other dogs, they should be submissive dogs.

Story
To SUBMIT an APPLICATION go to K9Lifeline.com Apollo is such a huge cuddler and a big love bug. Apollo will want to be by your side, sitting under your feet while you work or snuggled up next to you on the couch, he loves his people. He's 1 year old & apx. 55 #. As you see he has unique markings & surely will stand out in the crowd! Apollo has lots of energy, he loves playing with my other dogs out in the fenced backyard, therefore a physical fenced yard + another dog that likes to play is Required to adopt him. Apollo especially loves a good game of tug-of-war with dogs or humans. He is crate trained. He will bark, for a few minutes, until he realizes he's in a safe, cozy environment, then settles down. Apollo is housebroken he will bark when he needs to be let outside! What a bonus huh?! Outdoors he runs & barks the fence line with the neighbor's dogs. He will come running inside, with excitement, wanting a treat when called! Another bonus! We are working on not jumping up on people this would be a concern for small children so keep that in mind. Apollo is a great listener who responds well to positive treat training. He would be a great dog to take to the park for some playing, frisbee, catch. His ability to jump is definitely a plus. I named him Apollo Ohno after one of the fastest speed skaters. I bet this guy will have a blast swimming. His favorite spot indoors is on the back of the couch. Apollo would love a family looking for an active, outgoing, friendly family dog who would give him the love & dedication that he deserves 13+ years. Go to K9Lifeline.com to Submit an Application. The donation for this dog is 325.00. Adult dogs are MICROCHIPPED and FULLY VETTED for about 1 Year. All Puppies & Adults come with a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection Health Certificate (CVIHC) & are up to date on age appropriate DAPPv Vaccine, Rabies Vaccine, Deworming with Virbantel™ or Interceptor Plus™ & Credelio™ or Simparica™ flea/tick preventative. To APPLY for THIS DOG, go to our website K9Lifeline.com PLEASE, PLEASE be considerate of other families & do NOT submit an application unless you are ready to adopt TOMORROW IF approved (we do NOT hold dogs.) This dog is fostered in a loving home near Salem, WI. If you are reading this we are still accepting applications for consideration. Please do NOT Email asking if this dog is available. As always, K9LLR chooses the best matched home for the DOG. May 22, 2023, 12:19 am

Story
Meet Stella. She’s a beautiful 6 year old lab mutt. I got her from a shelter when she was a pup. She’s been with me ever since. We’ve traveled the country together, and she’s kept me safe. She’s a great dog. I’ve done everything in my power to keep her but I can’t anymore. I got her at 20 and life looks a lot different now. Im working full time and picking up extra shifts or Amazon flex routes, while being a full time student. I have a roommate and so Stella is confined to a single room when I’m not home. It’s been like this for a year now and it’s just not fair to her. It’s looking like this for the next several years. I can’t give her the life she deserves anymore. I’m just looking for somebody who can love her and spend time with her. Someone who doesn’t mind dog hair on everything because she has A LOT. She loves adventures and loves car rides. She does know a few commands. She did get spayed way too young and so she can be a leaky girl but I found that she does respond to Proin.

Story
Hello Biggie Paws Humans!!My name is Mr. Wigglebottom! Yes, you read that right, Wiggle + bottom! It’s a pretty great name if you ask me! It’s super cute, memorable AND it just makes sense. I’ve been told that my tail is always wagging - which of course causes my bottom to wiggle! I just can’t help it, I am a happy and curious pup! So …you might be wondering why I’m telling you about myself. You see, I’m looking for my forever home! Right now I’m staying with my foster family - they are great, but they want to find me a forever home so they can keep helping more dogs like me …back to the info, they say I might be a Lab/Hound mix, I’m about 6 months old and around 35 pounds. I can’t wait to find my forever family, we’ll have so much fun together - a couple of my favorite things are belly rubs and ear rubs. I am good with kids and I am friendly with other dogs (not sure about cats yet). My foster family says I am doing a good job walking on a leash and that it’s okay if you don’t have a fenced in yard, but it would be even better if you did because I like to run! I am also learning all the puppy skills. So far, I know how to sit and I am working on going to the bathroom outside (my foster family says I’m doing better and better)! I will sleep in my crate, but I’m pretty easy going so I’ll curl up just about anywhere when I need a little rest! If you give great belly rubs, and are looking for a sweet and happy pup to join your family …apply to adopt me using the link below! You’ll be able to see my great tail-wag (and wiggle-bottom) in person! Right now, I’m staying with my foster family in Round Lake, Illinois. I am up to date on all my age-appropriate shots, microchipped, neutered and available for adoption for a fee of $500. http://www.biggiepawsrescue.orgDATCP # 494550

Story
Hi there! My name is Kianna and if you are looking to add a great pup to your home you have come to the right place! I am a young, playful (and I must say, ADORABLE) puppy. I'm old enough to be potty trained and I sleep well all night in my crate, but believe me, there is still a lot of puppy for you to enjoy! I love to romp around in the yard - either by myself or with my foster sister. In doors, I like to watch the world go by through the window, relax on a soft doggy bed, or play with toys. And eat, I like to eat. I am very food motivated so that will make training me much easier I'm told. I don't know much in the way of commands, but my foster family is working with me to learn things like "sit", "stay" and "wait". I'm also learning to be a good girl on my leash when we go for walks. I love every pup and person I meet. I can be a little shy at first with new people, but I warm up quickly and will welcome your pets and belly rubs. I must warn you though - I pass out puppy kisses like I have an endless supply of them. Because I do have an endless supply, don't I? If you would like to meet me, please come to one of our Saturday adoption shows - I'll be the prettiest pup there so you can't miss me. Or, if you think you would like to be my forever family, please complete an adoption application and my foster mom will get in touch with youAdoption fee is $420Email: dogs@almosthomefoundation.orgAlmost Home Foundation's adoption requirements:(1) Be at least 21 years of age;(2) Have the consent of all adults living in the household;(3) Have approval from the residence owner;(4) Have valid ID with current address;(5) Be approved by Almost Home Foundation as a suitable adoptive home; and`(6) Live in the suburbs surrounding Schaumburg (Illinois Residents only)*** Please note that Almost Home Foundation accepts only cash or checks for adoption fees; we do not accept debit or credit cards. ***
