Thor is a big lovable & handsome young chocolate lab. He’s about 14 mos and about 70lbs. Thor has never met a human or dog he doesn’t like. He is a playful boy who also loves to snuggle up for a nap and get hugs and kisses from his humans. Thor has had basic obedience training and he’s a very good boy. He’s easy on leash, a good traveler and a breeze in social situations. Thor is medium energy and does not need extreme amounts of exercise. A couple of walks a day and dog playtime will satisfy the big boy’s needs and set him up for success. Thor will do best in a home with another dog because he has mild separation issues that are easily addressed by having a buddy. He is not a crate guy, but he does well when left out in our house when we leave. As for your yard, he needs a fenced yard with a fence over 4 ft and in good repair - he will find any opening and take a joy run around the block if the opportunity arises.This sweet guy is a gem.

Gecko is about7years old. Our son dropped him off with us for his daughter when he was a puppy. He is a very loyal dog. He will let you know if someone is around that he doesn't know. He will bark at them, so i consider him a great watch dog. He is use to sleeping in the bed with us. I think he would be great as an only dog, or with other dogs. Loves attention!

Rosie is, I believe, an eight year old baby. I took her in after she was abandoned 3 years ago. Unfortunately, I am unable to keep her due to landlord restrictions. Rosie is the sweetest baby who just wants love. She it very intelligent and learns quickly. She is good with all people and animals. She doesn't play much but sure does love to cuddle.

Meet Tyson, your lake buddy, morning cuddle partner and couch companion! This 6-year-old, 74-pound Lab/Pit Bull/Moutain Cur mix loves swimming, boat rides, fetch and blankets. Goofy, expressive and independent, he still loves being near his people.House-trained, neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations, Tyson settles well home alone and knows basic commands. He’s done well at daycare and lived with another dog; he plays hard and eats separately. Cats are unknown; experience with small children is limited.He needs patient people who respect his sleeping space, secure doors and keep socks out of reach—he may dart outside and has swallowed clothing. He has prescribed medication for situational anxiety. A fenced yard is ideal.Currently in KY; can come to central IN to meet potential adopters. His mom’s housing and work travel changed. Lucy is a 9-year-old spayed Lab/pittie mix with an incredible rescue story. We found her as a tiny puppy living inside an old tire, covered in fleas with severe mange and badly damaged ears. With love and care, she grew into a healthy, beautiful 70-pound companion.Lucy is calm around the house but still enjoys playing. She has a big voice, an enthusiastic play growl, and is known for her adorable grumbles when she's sleepy and doesn't want to be disturbed. She isn't motivated by treats, but she loves praise, affection, and cuddling with her people.Lucy needs to be the only pet in an adult-only home. She has had serious incidents with other dogs, though she has never been aggressive toward people. She is deeply loyal and bonds closely with her family.Finding Lucy a new home is heartbreaking, and we're committed to finding someone who will love and understand this special girl.

She is a 6 year old hyper active yellow lab. Technically is a akc registered working line lab so she wants to be doing something and be active. Right now she is out of shape. Does not do well with other big dogs can have a dominant personality. Does really well with cats, kids. Does have separation anxiety and can be a power chewer. Can also have a sensitive stomach at times. Looking for a home that can keep up with her high energy.
