Oakley was given to me to help him find him a home. Unfortunately I am unable to keep him due to landlord restrictions, otherwise I would. He is the sweetest, and incredibly cuddly. He is leash trained, potty trained, and is good with other dogs and cats.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. 2nd Chance 4 Life Rescue is primarily a sanctuary for senior and medically needy dogs.  Every once in awhile you will see younger dogs but for the most part our dogs live out their life at the ranch at the request of their previous owners or their owners families.  We have many sponsorship dogs.  Our sponsors love to keep in touch and know how their sponsored fur buddy is doing :)When we have foster families we are thrilled to be able to take adoptable younger dogs :)  So if you have ever thought about becoming fosters please feel free to go to our foster/volunteer page and fill out an application. The Ranch located at 737 Taylor Rd., Windsor, PA is always looking for dedicated volunteers that will commit to at least a 2 hour shift per week at the rescue.  Volunteers work in play yards, help with laundry and feeding.  Some enjoy landscaping or carpentry projects and some like to bake for the healing center visitors :)Thank you for supporting our mission of caring for the elderly and medically needy souls that need us!Leeda is a sweet sweet soul.  She absolutely LOVES the outside!!!  She is content to wander around the fields all day long!  She would be perfect for someone who has a large fenced yard where she can roam to her hearts content.  She loves people!RequirementsLarge Fenced YardVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please fill out an adoption application: Adoption application (Dog) Adoption Application (Cat)   Please understand we do not adopt out dogs to families with children under the age of 5. We do not adopt dogs to renters. Some dogs will have fence requirements while others may not.   A pet is a lifetime commitment. The dogs and cats in our system find themselves there, for the most part, because their humans did not have the same loyalty to them as they did to their owners. We do not take the adoption process lightly, and will do everything in our power to make sure the animal is placed correctly the first time around for your sake and theirs. Thank you for choosing to adopt not shop!February 26, 2024, 10:22 pm

ADOPT ME ONLINE: https://ophrescue.org/dogs/8490Hello, my name is Dorian’s Princess but my foster mum calls me Sadie, I’m a 4 year old fun-loving family dog that LOVES water and playing ball. I am house trained, and I am perfect in the crate while my foster mum is at work. I know basic commands like sit and stay, I am working on my leash manners. I get along with the other dogs in my foster home. I should not be in a home with cats or other small animals. Other than the small animal thing I have done great in my foster home. If you are looking for a cuddle bug, ball chasing, hiking kinda girl? I am the one for you!!Apply for me today! I'll be with you in time for the fun summer months!!

Story
With love, patience, and treats, Reba went from the shy timid stray 6 week old puppy, to a confident, 9 month old red tinged beauty. She will need someone to give her time to adjust and her for to shine. Without a mean bone in her body, this sweet girl is dog and kid friendly. She is house and crate trained. Though a survivor, this four legged red head is hoping for her  Valentines  miracle. Reba is spayed, current with vaccines and fostered in Harrisburg, PA. What do you say? Are you her missing family? PA Caring for K-9's PO Box 356 New Oxford PA 17350; LIC #9736   We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Story
My wife rescued Carmen several years ago. She has been a loyal dog and part of this family. For the past year, our youngest dog has been attempting to become alpha picking on Carmen and starting fights. We have a third dog which has lived we Carmen for the past 6 years and continues to have no issues. The issues between the youngest and Carmen have become unmanageable, stemming from the young ones behavior. The reason we have not moved to rehome sooner is because we do love Carmen, she is sweet to our friends and kids, and we really want her to have the right owner. Her passion is to be outside; she loves it. She is very smart. If you have space to open your heart, home, and backyard, then our family would be grateful; Carmen deserves a loving space.
