Story
This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $200 if picked up in TN, $275 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Ducky is the life of the party, a fun-loving, energetic pup who is always up for an adventure! This handsome 4.5-month-old, 30-pound Lab / Boxer mix, with his sleek, shiny coat and wiggly bob tail, is full of personality and charm. He’s a natural athlete, loving to run, fetch, dig, and wrestle with other playful dogs. If there’s fun to be had, Ducky is all in! When it’s time to wind down, Ducky enjoys sunbathing and going on long walks to sniff out all the best scents. He’s a smart boy who already knows Sit and Leave It, and while his attention span can sometimes get the best of him, his eagerness to please makes him a great candidate for continued training. House training is coming along well, and with regular potty breaks, he does great. He also does fine in his crate, though he might bark if he feels left out—turning on the TV helps him settle in. Ducky would thrive in an active home with plenty of space to run and owners who enjoy adventure as much as he does. He’d love a playful dog sibling to wrestle with, and kids who can keep up with his energy would be a huge plus! Training will be key to helping Ducky be his best self, but with love, patience, and plenty of playtime, he’ll make an incredible companion. If you’re looking for a happy, hilarious, high-energy pup to keep you moving and laughing, Ducky is your guy!  Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. April 8, 2025, 3:02 pm

Story
This decision has not come easy but with 4 children and us moving we weren’t able to find a home that was pet friendly. She’s not yet a year old and needs some training she is house trained and great with kids and other animals but she is not leash trained since we got her in the winter and she has a lot of energy she needs to get out would be great for someone that has time to train or get her training. She’s a great loving dog and loves to sleep in bed and snuggle up

Story
Socks is a laid back guy who just wants to get outside for walks or runs. He’s pretty good about his leash manners, and will even wait patiently while you clean up after him and keep an eye out for anyone trying to sneak up on you. When it comes to dogs, he gets super excited to play with them, but might come on a little strong in his zeal. He poses patiently for photos and the photos end up turning out great because he is so handsome. We think he would do great in almost any home and would love to learn some more tricks and commands with his furever family!
