Newton is a very sweet boy that was surrendered to us this past summer. The people that had him were not able to care for him and requested to surrender. Newton likes most dogs and actually feels more comfortable in the company of other dogs. Newton does very well with women but tends to be fearful of men. That is something that could be worked on with time and patience. Newton is completely vetted, housebroken, and cratetrained. He loves to run and play with both his person and his doggie friends. He loves stuffies, bones, and tug toys. Newton is a great dog that just needs someone to give him a chance.

Max is a goofy, loveable doggo looking for a committed owner, friend and companion. After being returned from his adopters in June, Max has found himself figuing out how to trust people in the comfort of his foster home but it's time he go out into the world to meet his people. Max's foster family knows that the right home for Max includes the following things; 1. Daily walks to help him focus, bond and feel comfortable in his new world. 2. A crate in a quiet place where he can get a good night's rest 3. Enrichment toys and games so he can have a safe outlet for his strong desire to chew 4. Slow introductions to new people and dogs so he can feel safe and not like he has to protect himself and his family. Max's foster family is committed to his success in his new home so they are sponsoring a training package with Tried and True Canines for his adopters! Max is kid friendly but homes with kids usualy come with unpredictable chaos, so a home without children will probably be best for him. He has so much love to give someone who will give him a chance, and commit to working with him to make him feel safe. He's housebroken, crate trained and great in boarding or at Doggy Day Care. He is a playful dog so if your dog is looking for a new bestie, Max is your guy! Born on June 5 2018. Alazor is hands down the coolest and most loyal dog I've ever met. He loves people so much. Adults are his favorite.He loves to go for walks and hikes. And playing Frisbee or seek.He loves to be with you and do things with you like going to the brewery or bars. We've been on several road trips, even as far as Asheville NC and he did beautifully. Wants to go with you everywhere. Loves to be tucked in before bed. House trained, won't destroy anything when you are out. Well trained and loves training. Can benefit from some specific training like barking at windows and door. Knows all basics and more. Minor shoulder soft tissue injury that flares up occasionally only when sprints too hard. Strangers have to be respectful and let him sniff and get comfortable first. Resource guarding with strangers and kids. No cats. Selective with dogs. Needs a house with no children.He's quite perfect but he bit my son once to guard his food. Not his fault but we need to stay safe.

Queenie came from a horrible situation where she was left outside in a crate for most of her life. She had to have 14 teeth pulled from wearing them down by eating her crate. Since being with us she has been the happiest girl who loves attention from her humans. She is very affectionate and sweet. Queenie would love to become a part of your family!
