Arya was rescued with her sister Adriana from the streets of Puerto Rico. She is a sweet, silly girl who wants to be a part of a family that will love her and give her the life she deserves. If you want a dog that cuddles, Arya is your girl! Message us if you would like to fill out an application! Arya does ok with older kids, but younger kids stress her out and make her nervous. P.S. We did an Embark DNA test hoping to find out her breed, only to be told she is a "Puerto Rican Village Dog."

Story
Libby is a 1.5 year old mixed breed girl who is ready for her forever home. She is dog friendly and loves all people. She will need to go to a home without access to small animals (chickens, rabbits, etc) as she does have some prey drive. She has seen some cats and has done fine but will need appropriate introductions. While Libby can be a bit vocal on leash, off leash she’s ready to play and run. She’s silly and happy and ready to entertain her forever people.

Story
Meet Lucas and London! These adorable brothers came from a rescue in Puerto Rico and are now looking for their forever homes. At just 3 months old and weighing between 12–15 lbs, they’ve already received their age-appropriate vaccines and are ready for their next adventure!  These pictures were taken at a puppy yoga class in PR!  How fun is that! Lucas and London got off to a rough start, finding themselves in a shelter instead of a loving home, but we’re so grateful they’re safe and no longer living on the streets. These sweet, curious boys are eager to learn what it means to be part of a family — full of love, playtime, and cozy naps. We’re hoping to find fosters or adopters who can help them catch their freedom flight to the U.S., where they’ll finally have the chance to live the good life they deserve. Please consider fostering or adopting one of these good boys — your love could change their lives forever! Complete one of our online adoption applications today! Story
Meet Margie! This lovely lady here is hoping to be the newest member of your family! Margie is noted to be a little protective of her food & she can play a bit rough, so she will require any children in the home to be at least 6 or older along with having to meet any other dogs in the home prior to adoption. Please remember to do any introductions with either people or animals slowly! Additionally, crate training is highly encouraged as she is still working on her house training & is not too fond of being alone. Lastly, Margie is a poodle mix, so any potential adopter should be ready for a dog that requires frequent grooming! If you would like to meet Margie or if you have any questions, please speak with our kennel team & they will be happy to assist!

Story
SNOOP- DOB: 02/27/25, 8 months old, Good with kids, cats, and dogs. Playful, Loving, Sweet, Young. Responds well to his name. Attentive. Nickname: Snooper Dooper (Responds to that too LOL) Snoop was surrendered on 09/27 due to housing issues.  His original owner stated he is able to free roam the home, sleeping wherever his heart desires (on floor, owners bed, couch, chair, dog bed, etc.)  He loves ALL toys, ball, frisbee, plush, squeaker, and tug. He was leash walked twice a day but also able to free roam in a yard. He is crate trained and house trained, He would have an accident inside of the home if he was left alone for 10 hours while owner was at work.  He loves playing with other dogs, knows sit, lay down, and no. He loves to train and is very food motivated.  Snoop was adopted 30 minutes after he was surrendered but was returned 10/10 due to being too energetic around a 1 year old baby.  They stated he was a great dog with them as well. Happy, Playful, Energetic, PUPPY! They explained he would be great with kids that can play back with him, not an infant.  He is now back with us, enjoying his time with the other dogs in playgroup, but hoping he doesn't have to be here very long. This is no place for a youngster to be living out their puppy life.  Come meet Snooper Dooper today! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 13, 2025, 6:00 pm
