Meet Sparkle. Sparkle is a 7 year old Maltese/Bichon mix who has been part of our family since she was a puppy. She is a very loving and sweet dog who enjoys being close to her people and simply having her owner’s company throughout the day. Sparkle does have separation anxiety and does not do well being left alone for long periods of time. If she is left alone, she will bark until someone returns home, so we are hoping to find a home where someone is around most of the day to keep her company. Sparkle would do best in a home with adults, as young children can sometimes overwhelm her and a calmer environment would suit her better. Since welcoming our baby, Sparkle has begun having more potty accidents in the house and is not fully potty trained, so she will need patience and someone willing to continue working with her. This has been a very difficult decision for our family, and our goal is to find Sparkle a loving home where she can receive the attention and companionship she deserves

The adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, core vaccinations including rabies and 4 sets of distemper/parvo and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc. Puppies are not house-trained although they may have begun crate-training and/or potty pad training in their foster home, depending on their age. House-training is a process that will need to be completed by their adopter. Puppies, if left unsupervised and not redirected will develop negative behaviors such as using the restroom in the wrong place, chewing, barking, whining, etc. Please be sure to do research on raising a puppy and be sure that you are prepared to do so.
