Meet Misha! She's an adorable senior Maltese girl we rescued on her last day. Misha was so scared in the shelter, she didn't make a good first impression to potential adopters. When her time ran out, the shelter set a euthanasia date for her. We were able to save her in the nick of time. Outside of the scary shelter, Misha's personality came out. She's very loving once she gets to know you, and is well behaved. We had her seen by our vet, including labs, and had her dental done. The vet said she's a healthy little girl. Misha is ready to meet her new person and shower them with love. She is only 7 lbs, is house trained, and well behaved. Misha is looking for someone who realizes that older girls deserve love too! Misha would make a great companion for someone who is retired or works from home. She also gets along well with other dogs. Even though she's 10 yrs old, small dogs like Misha live well into their late teens, so she's barely middle aged! Story

Misha is a sweet senior who was surrendered to the shelter by her family. She was in pretty rough shape with badly matted fur and terrible dental issues. Misha patiently waited for family to return, but they never did. Instead, her time ran out and she was scheduled to be euthanized. We were able to rescue her just in the nick of time! Misha is a little scared of new people, but warms up when given a little time. She weighs just 7 lbs and has an adorable personality. Misha has a lot of love to give! We've taken her to our vet for a thorough physical and a dental. She is spayed, chipped and vaccinated. Fully blind in one eye due to cataracts. Experiences coughing when temperatures drop, requiring steroid medication if coughing occurs. Has partial hearing loss. All teeth except molars have been extracted, so he cannot eat hard treats. 2. Rescue Story • Noah was rescued from a breeding facility alongside Aji and Aki before Adogs officially formed. He was adopted, but after his adopter passed away suddenly in September 2024, Noah returned to Adogs. He is looking for a family to help him overcome his grief and begin a new chapter of life. 3. Personality & Habits • With People: Very affectionate and sweet, loves both strangers and familiar people, and often approaches first asking for pets. • With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs, both familiar and new friends. May show cute jealousy if another dog gets attention. • Separation Anxiety: Calm when left with Aki, though Aki has separation anxiety that affects Noah. If left with another dog or person, he waits quietly. • House Training: Fully pee pad trained (100% accuracy), though he prefers pooping outdoors. He tends to pee near the edge of the pad, so surrounding it with a fence or holder is helpful. • Hygiene/Grooming: Very calm and well-behaved during baths, drying, and brushing. • Walking on Leash: Walks well on a leash without pulling and keeps pace nicely. 4. Special Notes • May bark briefly when a stranger enters the room for the first time. In the evenings, he may bark for 5 minutes normally, or 20–30 minutes if he has extra energy. • Has a strong food drive and eats quickly when excited for meals, so feeding slowly and calmly is recommended.

He was found abandoned at Bob Murphy School in Rialto, but this tiny guy isn’t letting his rough introduction to the world define him. He has a curious streak, an expressive little face, and the kind of personality that makes you wonder what he’s thinking every time he looks your way. Murphy would be right at home being part of the action—investigating what you’re doing, trotting along beside you, and making himself comfortable wherever the day happens to take you. He’s good with kids and dogs, so he can bring his pint-sized personality into a home with plenty of activity and company. Now Murphy is looking for the part of his story that should have come first: a family who keeps him close, includes him in the everyday stuff, and gives him the security of knowing he isn’t being left behind again.
