He is estimated to be 13 years old and 9.6 pounds but don’t let the age fool you- this guy is spry and has a very vivacious, lively personality. He will need to be signed on a health waiver none the less due to a possible heart murmur. It is recommended Barney be adopted out to an adults only household. Barney is very cute with furry, floppy ears and we believe he will make a great partner for Netflix & chill, and strolls in the park. He walks great on a leash, is potty trained, has a medium energy level and a loving, happy, passionate personality!! Davey Pimento is a 2 year old adorable, small, charming Maltese-Poodle mix. He is a happy lad despite not being treated well by his former owner. Davey is healing in foster with another dog, and is an absolute lap companion and enjoys his walks, naps, and interaction with others. He has not been tested with cats nor children yet, so for now we will say his ideal home is with a single or a couple and other dogs are good, based on proper introduction. Again, given how harsh his earlier life was, we are looking for nurturing, structured individuals that are interested in helping this handsome little gent thrive. How does a 12 year old adorable tiny pocket pup end up at a shelter in Central California? Popsicle did, and holds no grudges. At a mere 6 lbs, he is getting his needed senior care in a loving foster home, and is ready for a warm, loving place to call his permanent home for the second journey in life. He might be a tad hearing and sight impaired, but still has lots of love to give, and would love nothing more than his own people's arms and laps to cuddle, and a little pouch to go everywhere with them. Popsicle easily learns his new environment, exploring with his impeccable nose and quickly understands where everything is. His best fit home is one that has no stairs - one level living - with a secure, flat, fenced-in yard where he can wander and do his potty, with people who are home most of the time (work from home) - as he would need his potty breaks about every 2.5 hours. Popsicle deserves a wonderful home, will give his people so much love and cuddles, and is ready to be adopted forever.
